it's important to share and commend an employee at this CVS, her name is Samira. There was an item I really needed, but as always the spot was empty on the shelf. She went the extra mile and told me that a new delivery just came in and she searched it knowing how important it was to me. Well guess what, she found it!
She is a pleasure, and she is what every CVS store needs, an employee who cares about their job and goes the extra mile to make the customers happy. Please come d this awesome employee you have! Thank you Samira!

They are able to get in my meds which is amazing cause there is a shortage, but Sarah at the drop off desk had no idea how the system works. Took almost 40 minutes to get the coupon to work finally after she asked for help. She kept saying it was a one time use and the system finally caught me. It is not a one time coupon, I use it every month and it doesn’t expire until the end of the year. Please stop assuming what’s wrong and ask for help, especially when it involves meds for chronic conditions. I’d say it was a one time thing but 3 people were having the same issue and being charged 80% more than we usually were

Will not return here. Once they shorted me pills, which they confirmed from the security video of the person filling the prescription. Now they forgot to fill an entire prescription that was written and handed to them.

If I may give this pharmacy -50 stars, I definitely would. Besides pharmacy service is horrible, they gave my husband someone's else medication.
Thanks God I always check the packaging before intake.

2 things about that great store . 1 the Pharmacist did in record time provide me a medication that my regular pharmacy didn't had and he was amazingly professional and 2 the lady at the front counter offered me lots of help to find what i need plus help me to setup a discount card . Thats custumer service i dont see everywhere

Me and my mom went in to return something's. The store manager was nice. But we went shopping and there was an employee following us around. So we get to the register and someone was behind us and he says out loud. Go ahead I am just watching what they are doing. Trying to say we where going to steal. My mom is 70 plus years old. Retired from J@J. She would never steal. I would never go back in. That is just wrong. How can you treat people like that. Especially and older women. Please don't go in there show them that no one should be judged.

Nobody ever answers the phone, you can wait for days on hold, nobody knows anything, the place is so understaffed. Awful place

This place is awful. My medication has never been ready to pick up on time. Not one single time! I’ve had to go back as many as three times on a couple occasions. Never again!

I have been going to this cvs for years for convenience and insurance reasons. The pharmacy staff is so rude. When ask a question that they don’t know they lie like crazy. I hate going to this store but it’s just to convenient.

I walked in and was greeted warmly by Dhanesh at the Applegarth location in New Jersey. He was pleasant and patient in helping the customers ahead of myself, and again to me when I got to the counter. Excellent service that is a rare treat by today's standards. Would recommend the location to anyone
