One word... "Crystal". She has your back any rental Car or Rental Truck. I often do local moving labor jobs in the Tinton Falls Eatontown area (855)HAUL-YOU. My clients often get trucks and cars from there. Never any major issues. A little patience at times and you can get exactly what you request. I highly Recommend this place and the owner Dave is cool as well. Hes a straight shooter.

The car was clean and they had exceptional customer service, there was a small ordeal when i came in to pick up the car, but it was solved quickly and i was on my way!

I can't say enough things about econo car in eatontown and more specifically Dave. I was stranded after my car broke down late one afternoon and not being from the area did not expect good things to happen. In came Dave, after a short phone conversation, Dave not only had a rental ready but came to pick me up from the garage. This was after normal store hours! Dave truly went above and beyond. By the way, the car was cheaper than I expected and presented without the pressure of add-on expenses. I would and have recommended them without hesitation.

Buyer Beware. My family recently prepared a trip to Boston for a high school graduation. We figured that we would need a vehicle which could accommodate 4 people with luggage comfortably. We stopped in to Econo Car in Eatontown on May 14th and agreed upon the rental of a full sized Yukon XL which we had inspected and agreed upon. After providing our credit card information and being presented with a reservation confirmation for the guaranteed dates of June 11th, 12th and 13th (almost a full month from the time we reserved the vehicle), we were happy to have the vehicle squared away. Fast forward to June 6th. We received a call from David Anderson, the manager. He explained that due to 2 new customers requesting their only 2 similar vehicles for longer periods of time, they were forced to put the financial interest of the business ahead of my family and our engagement. He explained that more money was to be made by the rentals made by the other parties. In an attempt to resolve the situation, Mr Anderson offered us a minivan which was not even considerable for the event we had planned. After explaining to him that it was an unacceptable business practice and notifying him that we would be putting their business on notice with the BBB, Mr Anderson then threatened to mail me a letter of an origin unknown after he received notification from the BBB. Recently, I came across another individual who I engaged in discussion who had a very similar experience with this company. We both agreed that this business is one to avoid and I write this as a caveat.
