I had the best experience ever today with Purvi at the Chase branch in Monroe on Applegarth road. Purvi went way above and beyond and was extremely helpful and professional. Purvi really cares about the customers and is simply top notch!

Friendly staff, usually two tellers available, seemingly only one customer service representative on any given day. Nice branch, well maintained.
