After talking to a few other companies that worked on Freightliner engines/chassis ( I own an RV ), I found one I can TRUST and highly recommend. Mike ( service manager ) spoke with me before sending a mechanic to run diagnostics. You read that right; he called and talked to me about the problem. The Mechanic who came out showed up on time and was a competent, respectful gentleman. Campbell will be doing all of the service for my coach! THANK YOU

They would have gotten a higher rating if they were not so rude about the gate I pulled up to for delivery. I pulled up to first gate I seen but apparently it was the wrong gate to deliver to even though it’s not marked like most companies do for deliveries to go to another gate. They acted as if I went there on a regular basis and I should have known better not once was I told about it, but 3 different times while there. Other than that kind of long to unload because they were moving things around when I got there and they were going through a visit from the freightliner company. Should have a sign at that gate that says deliveries next entrance

Never come here, they charged me $579 just for check engine light diagnostics

horrible place, called they answered the phone and immediately put me on hold waited 20 minutes for nobody to pick up hung up called again was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for someone to give me a time when they can look at a leaking front hub cap. i will take my chances with the T/A I have no idea how they keep their Elite status

They charge me a credit card fee of 3%
But I returned the part unopened and they still kept the 3% credit card fee are you serious??? Aren't you guys not making enough money?

Absolute nightmare parts department-
Marquis who was just talking to me with soft voice and playing games on purpose instead of finding me the part I needed was doing it on purpose..
He is not supposed to be working in this department or company at all..

Brought my truck in for some warranty work left with a different issue brought it back to fix what they messed up they refused to give me an invoice on what they fixed the first time
