Horrible Customer Service!Visited the lobby, staff half hearty gave information about estate services directed me to complete transactions online. The online service clearly need to be initiated by the staff. This bank is not the bank it once was there's better out there!

I really don't like going to this branch. They open at 10 am and close at 4pm - talk about NOT being accessible. There is no drive through and only one teller no matter how many people are in line. Horrible way to run a bank. Oh - and even if I am depositing a check for one of our drivers who is across the country I am supposed to know their home address too!

I have been having some trouble with other banks but this was a top tier experience, very helpful overall, one of my best encounters with any bank thank you Cali and Judy are your go to girls!

I have a business account with them I went to withdraw a deposit gave my ID and my information and was told money that was in my account was unable to be withdrew. I've had specific issue with this branch being able to perform their duties effectively. I am not confrontational so I never have said anything but they have no idea what they are doing there its unfortunate. Bank of America isn't that great in general looking to change banks very soon.

I used my card today and was denied. I have been a customer since 1983 and have always paid my bill in full. My credit card was denied today and I didn't know why. I called and found out that the mail payment for my credit card bill which was to go to Wilmington, Del. was not in service anymore and that the payment site had been changed to sending checks to an address in Texas. No advance notice from anyone. Just that my card was declined with no warning about changes. This was so scary and later infuriating to me. I called and was helped through this and should be Ok, but why did this happen without sharing information?You should have integrity and caring for your clients. You have failed in these basic ingredients that promote trust and community. We need to have trust in each other, especially in these times. Do you care or is it just your bottom line. Do you have kids and grand-babies? What a disappointing legacy you leave in your wake.

I deposited a check from a van sale in my account here. They put a hold on it for 7 days. It is a check from Fulton bank. Dont deposit a check with Bank of America. They hold the check and give nothing. I will be removing my money from here soon.I have been a customer since 2005 with 2 pensions that go into that account every month. My NY bank treated me well. This bank is dirty holds on checks. I will be changing this bank.They lost my 2 pensions. 2-3 days or 200$ available would have been fair. They locked a good check from me for 7 days. Im done.

Went to Bank of America in Williamstown on the Blackhorse pike to open a checking account with my girlfriend and was greeted very soon after walking in. Sue was the person who helped us and she was awesome. She had a great personality, very friendly, helpful and professional. There was another employee greeting people as they came through the door and asking how she could help them. We were in the bank about 30 minutes and on our way. We had a great experience there, people were friendly and down to earth.

I've been a customer since 2005 and the staff has been great with assisting me over the years. The company does have some policies I don't like especially regarding cash deposits. The hours aren't really convenient with no drive thru teller just ATM but overall I'm satisfied with the services I have received.

I was thinking about opening up a HSA account and transferring my other hsa to here, but after reading these reviews I decided not to. They have better rates than TD, but aggravation is not worth it.
