My wife went to ask for the paper for direct deposit and it was during her break from work that she returned after 30 minutes without that simple paper because the Indiana women who work there were talking and talking and telling her to wait and wait until She couldn't wait any longer, the worst of all is that she was the only person in the bank at that time, that customer service is not understood.

Wasted my time here. Went to cash a check and was told that I couldn’t because wife and myself needed a joint account. Completely untrue, have cashed many checks in the past that had both of our names on it. Was talked down to and felt like a moron. Not a great way to treat your customers.

Awesome set of people. I was helped by Shilpi, Helen and Sonam in two acquaintances. They did their best to help out. I am surprised to see lower rating for this center on Google.

The two tellers who assisted me, Tim and a lovely lady whose name started with a P (I couldn't see her name tag since she was behind a high desk) were both very professional and courteous. Tim went out of his way to ensure my account's safety and I very much appreciate that extra step.

The staff were nice and efficient, and made a suggestion for helping me out with a check (which I definitely needed to know). Pretty quick service and the building is clean and easy to maneuver.

My route location, I work every Tue/WedThis Branch horrible!ATM for cash always down rite now...Last week Customer service inside was a wait, long Wait....(Weeks ago)ATM down, to go inside for counter withdrawal, Lines long!I think this location need to hire more help, or train for faster but thorough servicing....

There is not a time I go into this branch and have a pleasant experience. The employees there are ALWAYS telling me what they can’t do, vs what they CAN do. I truly cringe every time I have to go to BOA. If I didn’t have everything connected to BOA, I would jump ship immediately.

This bank is impossible..awful service but I have had an account for 20 years so I tolerate it..such bad service. I went to the monroetwp location last week 3 different days 3 different hours and they are closed I am told they will be open tomorrow I hope so

Such a long wait time to get simple things done, just horrible. They dont care even if its over an hour wait. This bank never cares about quick customer service.

I’ve only been inside the bank once, this is more of a review of the atm at this location.My first issue is that despite being directly adjacent to the street, this is not a drive-thru atm. You must get out of your car to access this atm, and there is no parking specifically for the atm, so you must either park illegally in the drive-thru lane or across the parking lot in a proper spot.My second issue is that this atm has a habit of bending my bills when I’m depositing. I make sure my bills are smoothed out so that the have no wrinkles or folds, yet the atm gives these bills back to me completely folded in half!My final complaint is the reason I’m making this review. I just got off work, it’s 10:30 pm and I want to deposit some money before I go home. lol and behold, the sprinkler system is on, preventing me from accessing this atm without getting wet.From my experience and after reading other reviews on this location, some serious changes must be made to both the staff and the building itself.

THE WORST BANK BRANCH ON PLANET EARTH! For FOUR CONSECUTIVE VISITS to this drive-thru, I have had to wait a MINIMUM of FORTY MINUTES ( I'm disabled, extremely difficult to go in). When I did make it in, the teller turned her back to me when I tried to talk to her about the 40 minute wait. On another occasion, I tried to call them all day long, finally gave up and went there, found NO CUSTOMERS in the bank and the employees (1 man, 3 women) standing in a “huddle†and giggling. These people do NOT care, and are the definition of INCOMPETENT.
