“This place is somewhat difficult to find, and the parking situation is a bit unique, but once you get into the building, there is a huge selection of housewares, clothes, toys and more. The prices are pretty good, although you have to be careful because some prices are close to full retail. Overall, it is a great place to look for deals.”
“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.

“Easy in and out. Very smooth everything. Stay in truck when you get called to a door and leave with doors open if mty.. my appt was 6am on 5.30.24. Got in at 511. Door was assigned when I got to guard shack after waiting for everyone to park. Go to back of staging line for parking, it's more room and less traffic. One way in. One way out and one row of parking. Was out by 630am.”

“A wholesale store where Everything is available at the most competitive market prices. You get everything from household appliances, gardening tools, barbecues, garments, even some furniture to vitamins and foods.
The collection is quite extensive even though they don’t accommodate all brands.
Their food to go is also something that is not just super reasonable but also delicious. True, options are limited, but it’s not a restaurant so it’s perfect for a quick snack at very competitive prices. For example, A delicious hot dog and soda is only $1.50. They have pizza, smoothies, cold coffee and chicken bake too. All highly recommended and very delicious though a bit high on the calories.
Yes you do have to have a Costco card to avail the services at this store.”

“Because I am missing home, cooking a home cooked meal using the best utensils, the wonderful furnishings, comfort, and maybe even a glass of fine wine, This place ....although a distribution warehouse reminded me of all the fine things Williams- Sonoma provide. The guard gave me a nice welcome. That will do it until I can make my way back home.”
“The security guard was sleep and alowed me into the wrong area. I got lost, then he gave me proper instructions. Once in, there was very hospitable employees listening to soothing music. Very efficient and professional guys. The warehouse was super clean and organized. The 9 level capacity of shelving in the warehouse was overwhelming but once again very neatly organized. The employees here are are super nice.”

“I was anxious to go pick up my items based on the reviews but I’m glad I went. It was a fairly easy process. Only thing I didn’t see were signs directing to the Customer Pickup area. This would be helpful.
The employee was quick with getting the items and helped to load them in my car.”
“This is my second time coming here and the people are very helpful and friendly. My first time here my dog locked me out of my truck I was able to avoid calling a tow company to come pick the lock bc 2 of the security guards and another employee helped me get back into my truck. The unloading process is very quick. My second time here I arrived a day before my appointment time (not expecting them to take me but they got me into a door immediately bc they weren’t too busy) I don’t mind delivering here.”
“We have been a client of Lasar Logistics for over 16 years now, yes there have been a couple of errors over the years but those have been so far outweighed by the Team's professionalism and their devotion to their clients is unparalleled. Everything starts from the executive team and it than goes to the management group, to the various group leaders, department heads and to the employees. They work as a cohesive unit. Things more times then not run like clockwork. The biggest issue for them can be when clients aren't either providing the requisite information that Lasar needs, or an 11th hour change in plans. They try to be as accommodating as possible but remember when you're dealing with truckers and freight lines including sea, land and rail, things can go wrong and that's not Lasar's fault. They try to adjust on the fly and more times than not. After 16 years we are as pleased as we were day 1!

“I was in and out in an hour. Come ride it to your appointment time not an hour early. Come like 15 minutes before to the guard's check. Then you're not gonna get lost in the mix. They'll give you a door you'll be right on time and you'll probably get out quickly. Don't have the carisma of a wet sock. It goes a long way.”
