ordered a frame, never received an email confirmation. tried, emailing, calling, etc. no response and no frame. avoid them at all costs.

Please do not order a frame. After a month and a half, my large frame came apart. The company only provides a 30 day guarantee, expensive shipping and no warranty.

The customer service clerks at framedart.com are not at all friendly, and give the impression they are being bothered by whomever is calling to place an order. Did place an order and like the picture, but due to their nasty attitude on the phone, will not order from them again.
