I tried calling to get information but the director Peggie hung up on me mid sentence… im not sure if she thought I was a telemarketer but this was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would expect much better coming from the administration. Very sour experience.

Three of my kids go there, 1 before covid and 2 still there. We really love the center. I prompted ChatGPT to write a poem praising Ms. Peggy, the assistant director who has taught all three kids, and here it is:Peggy, the assistant director,Of the day care that's such a victor,A superhero in her role,With a memory like a bottomless bowl.Each child's name she knows by heart,Their little quirks, she has no counterpart,She keeps track of everything,And ensures that each child's flourishing.She's always ready to lend a hand,To do whatever's needed to keep things grand,From changing diapers to telling stories,Peggy's always there with her care and glories.And when it comes to parents' trust,She's always the one that they can trust,Her communication is top-notch,And her heart for children, it's just hard to match.So here's to Peggy, the superhero of the day care,The one who's always there to love, to help, to share,The one who makes the pre-school a true delight,For every child, every day, every night.

if you want child hurt in name of accident than admit them in this school, if you want to be disappointed every day by the lies than admit them to this school. Talk to your child if you are sending them to this school you might be surprised. I am going to put an official complaint to the board that overlooks child day care in nj. Strongly recommend not to send your child. It might be close or cheap but will come at a cost.

AdministrationThe director and assistant director at this daycare (Kim and Peggy) are the absolute BEST. They are receptive to feedback and are always available to the parents. Most importantly, they clearly care about each child and go out of their way to make sure that each child feels special. They were my daughters favorite people in that building.TeachersWe absolutely love the teachers at the center. In particular, Melissa and Nicole (Infant Room) were exceptional. They are eager to tell you about how your child's day went and make each child feel comfortable. In the beginning, our daughter was very nervous at dropoff but as time went on she was thrilled to be able to hang out with Melissa and Nicole.SpaceThe space is wonderful. It is not the usual explosion of colors at daycare and instead has a "calmer" neutral vibe. I found the classrooms to be much bigger than other facilities and they have an indoor play space for when it rains. The campus is secure and guarded.Other Things of NoteOne of the other things that drew us to this campus is how diverse staff and the children were. They clearly value diversity and celebrate all cultures.CostWe did find that this center was pricey as compared to other centers. However, the price is well worth it so long as you can afford it. The center is much better than the alternatives that we toured.

The Dow Jones Family Center is a blessing for our family. It has helped my little one as well as our family. With times being uncertain, transitioning from working from home to in house, we were worried about what we were going to do. Everyone is amazing, friendly, understanding, so great with the kids. Very helpful when it comes to informing the parents, and keeping everyone safe. My son has progress immensely since he has started going to the DJ center, he loves his teachers. I am very grateful to everyone, they have played a key role into making our own experience and Elliots a great one.

Both of my children are enrolled in this daycare since the ages of 2 and 3.5. The teachers are very patient with them, and very diligent in the daily care of them. I can tell that they pay lots of attention to the children, not only on their daily activities, but also on their long-term growth and development. The covid period is complicated to manage, yet I think the daycare has done very well, limiting the risks as much as possible, while striking a delicate balance to minimize the impact on the children (and parents!). It is something very precious, as I have had multiple daycare experiences in NYC and NJ before landing here. I definitely recommend this daycare.

Really had a horrible first day experience due to lack of communication and lack of supervision my 11 month old ended up with a bruise on the middle of the head by hitting the tile floor face forward which she shouldn’t be there and only carpeted site and she doesn’t crawl or walk she scotches so this would’ve happened with some time which two teachers should’ve paid attention to moved her from unsafe site to safe site. On top of it they didn’t not inform me until I called to get an update. Incident took place at 3:15 they had to ice pack her and still bruise is prominent when I called to get an update on 4:30 as their app is down they called me back to give me update and informed me about the incident. When I asked why it was not reported teachers reply was that they were busy. Mind you they have 1:4 ratio and at the time of the incident it was two teachers with 4 kids lire negligence. My daughter is a very happy kid and when my husband picked her up she was down and crying hysterically which is very unusual of her.As a first time mom this was my biggest fear and guess what this daycare made it true. I would not recommend this daycare where there are no proper care given and child gets hurt physically due to lack of supervision and negligence.

My son has been at the Dow Jones Family Center (Bright Horizon) since he was 2.5 years old. My son knew only Mandarin back then but then learned English while spending time there. The center was very understanding about his language situation. I am thankful for the center for teaching him the needed English skills before he became a first grader.Throughout the 3.5 years of my son being there, the teacher and the management were always promptly addressing our concerns and questions and my son loved going to the center and spending his day there.We also like the facility there. Everything is kept up to date and the outside playground area is also nice and spacious.We had shopped around for quick a bit for daycare and we feel Dow Jones family center is undoubtedly the best among many we had visited. My son recently asked if he can return to the center for the summer camp program and he surely loves his time there.Lastly, the staff and the management are very professional and caring. We are very thankful.

We have had kids at the Dow Jones Family Center for more than 6 years and we couldn’t be happier about it. The staff is amazing and extremely reliable. Since the beginning, having our kids at the center gave us peace of mind that they were receiving the best care. The staff would reach out as soon as there was anything to worry about.The classrooms are equipped with very high quality material and the kids learn a lot in a very natural and fun way. We also learned a lot from the teachers, which is pretty valuable especially for first time parents.The safety of kids and staff is taken very seriously. All the procedures are well communicated and followed properly. The daily COVID-19 questionnaire is very detailed and stringent, designed to minimize risk as much as possible.We feel the staff is like family for us!

My son has attended the Family Center since 2019 and we absolutely love it. The staff are so caring and attentive. He has developed great friendships with several of his classmates. I love all of the art/music education (and yoga) and the time they spend outdoors. Their Covid protocols are very thorough, there is a temperature check, screening questions, and limited access. Highly recommended!

My son has been enrolled at this location since he was 4 months old and will continue to be there till he moves out to school.The curriculum and the activities are devised in such a way that kids enjoy and learn at the same time. The staff and all the teachers have been exceptional.Due to covid the center had to close down for few months but started back in November with reduced capacity. They have guidelines/protocols in place and strictly adhere to all the safety precautions.I highly recommend this location even if you have to drive few miles out.

My son has been enrolled at Dow Jones Family Center since 2018 and I can confidently say that this has been the best decision of our lives. The staff are not only professional, they actually care for and love the children. I can see my kid grow inquisitive and the curriculum/activities supports his thought process as he grows. The day care has helped my son to be independent, well mannered and a respectful person. I thank all the teachers / care givers at this place and would recommend this place to anyone without a second thought!.

We were part of the Dow Jones Family Center from 2015-2020, starting when each of our children turned 5 months old. There they were loved, nurtured and educated beyond what any parent could hope for. The caregivers at the DJFC were truly invested in their learning and development, and served as our valued partners during those early years of parenthood. I can say with honesty that I never worried about either child while they were there. Now that both children have moved on to the next phase of their educations, we can see this strong foundation for learning at work. I would recommend this center without hesitation.
