I get amazing accurate results from this company. Their costumer service is outstanding. As a return customer, I have utilized their rush turn around service. This is such an important option to have, and they provided my information just as quickly as promised. I had to reach out multiple times and received an immediate response every single time. Highly recommend!!

Hard to understand when talking with them due to language barrier. Their paperwork states you get a 30 minute first consult when test is done, after that is $30.00. But when I tried to contact them they stated it was only 30.00, no free consult. I copied their own paperwork and sent them a copy, but no response.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I have had to complete ERMI and HERTSMI tests on every apartment that I have lived in over the past 6 years, and for anyone who has gone down this road due to CIRS, you know how stressful it can be. Fortunately, Mycometrics helps make the testing process easier by offering very high-quality analyses of HERTSMI and ERMI tests - I have found their test results to be incredibly accurate, reliable, and timely over the years.Also, I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service that we recently received from Emily. My husband and I had a very time sensitive test sample that was delayed with Fed Ex. It took longer than anticipated for our test sample to reach Mycometrics, and we had a strict real estate deadline approaching. After explaining our situation to Emily, she went above and beyond to make sure that our sample was analyzed and that our test results were sent to us prior to our deadline - she was communicative throughout the whole process, and we are so appreciative for how accommodating she was during a stressful situation. Can't possibly recommend this company any more highly. Was under contract for a house in which we suspected there to be mold issues, and while waiting for test results, negotiations sped up. I called after hours and left a message, expecting to have my message returned the next day. Emily called me back within 10 minutes and helped me expedite my tests for the next morning. When I received the tests the next morning (an hour earlier than promised), I needed some guidance on the results quickly but the next analyst appointment wasn't available until the following afternoon. I called Emily back, and she was able to put me through to an analyst immediately. Without Mycometrics and Emily's help, we might have made a massive mistake with our home purchase. If you have any question whatsoever about mold in a house you own or are looking to purchase, use Mycometrics -- they provide accurate results, give you extremely helpful analysis, and truly go above and beyond in providing customer service.

I use Mycometrics every week for all of my customers. They provide the highest level of service and quality. The charges are correct and the results are always on time based on the requested turn around time. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have samples analyzed!

Within 4 hours of using my credit card to buy one of Mycometrics kits for an ERMI, my card information was stolen and used on an online store, named Caliroots, in Sweden in the amount of $394. I get text notifications for fraudulent charges on my card so my cc company was able to stop and block the transaction right away. When I called Mycometrics to speak to a representative, I got a woman that speaks poor English, that I could barely understand. I told her about my card information being stolen and there was just a long pause on the phone and the woman just said, "Oh. Security." I asked her what she was saying and she told me the site has security. I told her that apparently it doesn't because there are tons of other people on the mold page I follow on Facebook that have also used Mycometrics and their card information was stolen right after their purchases of the kits as well. She then said, "Ok. Thanks for this information. Goodbye now." I asked her if I could speak to someone in IT and she told me that he wasn't there and would have to call me back. So I hung up and called back and got a different representative this time. Then I was told that there must have been a breech on the site because once the card info goes in to their system, the numbers disappear so it couldn't have been any of their empoyees. She said she would pass the information on to IT. This is the first issue I had with this company. Second, when my phone consult was done to go over my results, again, a lady I could barely understand and spoke poor English. Then she proceeded to just read my results back to me and state the obvious like oh, this number is high and this number is high. Just stating the obvious but then any time I asked her a question about any of the mold, she laughed at me and then would say she didn't know or that I should ask my doctor. She sounded very unknowledgable and unprofessional. I will never go through this company again and they will never steal my card information again because I won't give them the opportunity to!

This was a simple and easy method of understanding why I have been so sick. A friend recommended this kit after the my partner and I moved into the apartment from HELL managed by one of owner Nir Sapir's many companies. We thought East Coast Management Solutions in Brooklyn was just sloppy. It turns out that many of the molds including black mold are present in high levels throughout our apartment. We are getting another independent company to verify these results, but find this paired with the phone call very helpful. I gave it a 4 bc you are required to use the phone call. However I suspect this is a federal oversight compliance portion and/or so the company can speak to the customer to explain the test.

Good test option if you suspect a mold issue or if you want to evaluate a place without having to invest in a professional inspector. Other reviews are negative but you have to understand that the results you get are not easy to interpret if you are new to this. Actually they are best evaluated by a medical professional educated in the topic. Mycometrics themselves can only give you some general information because there are a lot of variables involved. Also, the purpose of the test is not to reveal where the mold is so in case of a bad result, further investigation is needed by a qualified indoor environment specialist. This test is not an exact measurement, there is some variability involved, but it's a great starting point. This is the best option available for the money at the moment. Don't trust silly mold test kits from your local Home Depot and stuff like that.
