Ashley gave me the time and space to look around, but also took initiative at the right time and came with us to different areas in the store to help me compare colors and fabrics. She really went above and beyond and was so patient and kind. We really appreciated the personable nature of Carl the store manager as well. He even remembered us from a previous visit! This location had an excellent selection, AND excellent customer service. We will definitely be back.”

“What a wonderful place to buy my recliner. My wife and I got matching recliners ( mine rocks, though). Great selection, you can customize your chair, the prices are very reasonable, and the chairs are made in the USA! The people who work there are so very helpful, well informed, not at all high pressure. Laid back atmosphere and very classy showroom. One last thing: Our salesperson, KATHLEEN, IS THE NICEST PERSON TO EVER SELL ME ANYTHING. She is so laid back and relaxing. Thanks for everything!!!!!!”
