I told him I was on my way to a vacation and appreciated that he could get to my car in 90 minutes. 30 minutes later he was working on my car. Good man. “John at WR motors was really pleasant to work with. He helped me tremendously with a used car that I had bought from a dealership - not the best situation (but with John's help at WR wheel and tire, we were able to correct it all). L He got back to me very quickly, got my car in quickly and resolved the issue for me as quick.as possible. The staff there truly went above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this place. I will be taking my car here for any repairs moving forward. Even though a bit far from where I live, it's worth the drive because they are so nice and helpful and great at what they do.
John even followed up with me after I got the car back to make sure everything was working ok. It's these small things that for me differentiates this place from other garages/mechanics.
