The store is decent and I always enjoyed shopping here up until today. The black lady cashier who was there on 6/16/24 between 2-2:30pm is a complete and utter racist and she was treating customers differently based on their skin color. Unless you were also black (the woman in front of me was and boy was she treated a whole lot differently than me and the Muslim family behind me) you didn’t get a proper greeting let alone spoken to with the any respect at all. Not even a simple “have a nice day”. Completely unacceptable! I will be contacting corporate first thing tomorrow morning to file a complaint!

My first time there. It was everything you heard about. Prices are amazing, quality is excellent, there was more variety than I expected. I really really wish we had them here in the Seattle area.

This is the first supermarket that refused to sell a product to because the cashier couldn’t scan the price. I had to spend five minutes rereading the bar code and getting another product only to find that my husband already paid and the item (leg of lamb) was off to the side instead of in the cart. When I asked why, the cashier said we couldn’t buy it because she couldn’t scan it even though the price was on the item. The cashier asked for help but the other staff person didn’t really attempt to fix the issue.
It was right before closing time. Lines were very crowded and there was one cashier until ten minutes before close.
The cashier didn’t apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience but was mostly civil. I like ALDIs products and prices but understaffing at the stores can create a mediocre customer experience like the one I had.
The cashier wasn’t mean and ALDIs prices are good. But I’ve worked in retail

Good prices done things . Nice people at cash register. Bring your bags or box or you'll have to buy them there. Bring a quarter to get a cart out. Also a dollar tree not far from there . I saved receipts compare em if I get other things cheaper at dollar tree. Pretty much get lost things between these two places instead if driving to Walmart. Things I can't get I get there at later time
