“Preparing my income tax for the accountant, I was way more freaked than usual yesterday. Someone must have broken in last night and stolen my monthly business account pages from Ocean First, and my printer wouldn't print copies from my online attempt. Yikes. So I drove over to the branch where I met Amanda Cintron who made my day. There's nothing quite like a calm, knowledgeable person when you're being a lunatic. “My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”
