“When I went to dealer for oil change this year, I was advised to replace engine mount on my old minivan for 3,900. Today I want to TRM for second opinion and was told the engine mount is weak but not broken. And I was charged nothing at TRM. I feel the mechanic at TRM is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I have a Rogue with the dreaded CVT transmission. I was told by other local trans shops AND Nissan HQ themselves that I shouldn’t service the transmission. They said just drive the car until it dies then junk it! Does that sound right to you?
Ledgewood Trans has serviced my CVT giving me as much mileage as I can probably get out of this lousy car.
I am definitely considering them for additional work (Brakes) on this same car.

UPDATE: Brake job went very well-They use better brake rotors that don’t rust. Make sure you select CERAMIC brake pads. Worth the extra price. My car drives very well after just two service appointments.”

“Where do I begin? I picked up a project 07 Monte Carlo ss that I knew needed a transmission rebuild. Rob was very familiar with the parts that needed to be upgraded in the 4t65e which is prone to failing in these cars and gave me a very fair price on all the work they did. They changed several axles and mounts which all needed to be fixed as well and were very diligent with their work. The result is the car is the car is running like a brand new 07 ss and shifting very smooth in all gears. Puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it.
