Let me start off by saying my experience with this dealership was horrible from the start. I first noticed the vehicle on Marketplace and made a reasonable cash offer of $1,400 under the asking price of $7,900. After several hours I saw the person looked at the offer but didn't respond. I replied two more times explaining that I was at the dealership and there was no salesman there to help me only a mechanic saying no one was around. When I finally got a reply in text their response was "no thanks." That was it, no more information, just no thanks. Once I explained that I was at the dealership already and no one was there... they explained that they were out at motor vehicle in Medford. I asked when they were getting back to the office if they could give me a call so we can work some numbers they said they would be back at 2:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. I reached out to them because no one had called. The person who answered the phone just answered it hello and didn't address who they were or where they worked. Once I got past if I had the right number and this was the dealership, I inquired again about the truck and asked if the price was negotiable. The person told me that he probably wouldn't go for that. So then I asked can I talk to "he", "he " the one who wouldn't go for that , so I could see what "he "was willing to do. After a hold, I spoke to the person in charge and asked if they were willing to work the price and he said the best he could do was $7600 plus taxes.. Then I asked well do you offer financing and he said no. I had to laugh it was like pulling teeth trying to get information to negotiate. I would have rather them told me the price was firm from the get-go. I'll never go back again. It was the most piss poor business etiquette I had ever experienced for a car dealer.

2013 mustang gt vert! 5.0 mustang was in great shape worth every penny great guy! Mustang absolutely rips everything is tight feels new he detailed it nicely oil was clean no complaints wouldn’t hesitate to do business again I will have this car for many years to come coyote is super healthy platform

Went for a car. Got a car. Can't say that about most places. Didn't try to overcharge for cars. Willing to work with you. The guy working was awesome. Made me feel good about my purchase and so far I'm 100% happy with it. Definitely recommend.
