NAPA sucks I ordered an AC compressor for my car at the counter ($600) using the Vin # had to wait 2 weeks for it to come in. Took it to my mechanic he spent 2 hours to get ro the old one only to find out NAPA ordered the wrong one so he had to put my car back together not fixed and charged me 4 hours labor. So I took the compressor back to NAPA were I was told I would have to pay $60 because it was special order or a restocking fee. I told him that they ordered the wrong part using my Vin number, I did not do it but he insisted on charging me so their stupidity cost me 4 hours of labor from my mechanic and $60 for their screw up. Guess who will never go back to NAPA again on my lifetime. They are high priced and have no clue what they are doing.

My family has been doing business with this store since the 1960s. Until recently they had a really small store. Now they bought a new location and it is much nicer. Hopefully their business will continue to grow and serve the community.

Placed an order for oil and oil filter for my my truck and came to $48 and some change went there to pick up, they had filter, no oil. Go back the next day and same thing ended up getting different type of oil and having to pay a second time. Cashier said I’ll cancel the order, still haven’t seen a refund.

So been coming to this Napa since i was 19. I do a lot of business here due to i love the quality of parts and normally friendly staff. What i dont love or appreciate is an employee telling me to calm down and to come back later cause the employee doesnt know where the deliveries or parts are put at. Will continue to do business here but will not tolerate the mild neglect of a stray dog from any employee or company for an extended period of time.
