Ordered a fridge on line to be installed next day same type( ice maker and water on door ) . Was informed there were on the way (15 min away ) 2 hours later I called David in delivery's told him I was called and the truck broke down said this is the first he was hearing about this . Took my name an number said will call me back to see when we can reschedule. He never called me back . Then the truck shows up 4 hours late brings in the fridge takes my old one out and said they can't install it ? I told them take it back to the store . So now I am out 1598.31 and my old fridge is not hooked up . If I could leave no stars I would . Worst customer service ever no one at the store knows what is going on and could not help at all . I will be disputing my card . I hope no one orders from them . I will be taking my business to Home depot .

I drove 30 miles to the Millville NJ Lowe's because it showed that they had the chainsaw that I wanted. Husqvarna 460... Sells for $549. Got to store after driving 40 mins. Almost no chainsaws at all. Looked for help on floor but nobody working anywhere that I could find. Went to "customer service" and inquired thinking because of the price maybe it's locked up. Was told that yes they KNOW it says that they have many online but that NONE are in stock. I told her I just drove 30 miles but was told an abrupt sorry and went onto next customer like I was bothering her ?? Wtf... 2 days later it still shows online that you can buy this in their store. Guess they just don't care.

I ordered a vanity, sink top, Mirror and toilet. Vanity and toilet were damaged so my contractor can't pick them up. The sink top was discontinued before I paid for it. How does this happen?

In the past we always went to Lowe's in the past year their lumber is plainly awful I had to search thru a entire plie just to find one straight 2x4. If you need help forget it the people who work there hide when you need help. I had a question about electrical boxes for use outside and asked for help after a very long wait the person who showed up had no idea Went to Ace hardware and the guy there new exactly what I needed and got it for me with great advise on installation. Damn shame Lowe's will be closing if they don't inprove

I'm not going to write a book on my purchase or experience but will simply say the older men in the appliances section have horrendous attitudes. No one was in the section so I pushed the call button and waited...and waited and waited. The man who eventually came and submitted my order was terribly rude and visibly annoyed. He was not helpful at all. I held back from asking questions because he was so condescending towards me. I had to call the day before my delivery for a time so I could notify my boss of my schedule change. Larry, I asked for his name this time, from the appliance section was equally rude and even scolded me to wait for an automated call between 6-9pm. The interactions led me to believe 1. it's the same guy or 2. Lowe's must treat their employees terribly for them to be so miserable with the customers. Or, maybe both I don't know. The last few days, I have been purchasing my home improvement products from a small business and Home Depot and have had nothing but pleasant, incredibly helpful experiences.

This location is not as good as it used to be years ago. Most employees aren't as knowledgeable as they used to be and can't answer some of the advanced inquiries. The store is very clean and the employees are nice for the most part. Management feels alittle lost at times with things and they do mess up a lot on special orders. Lowe's as a company has changed and in my opinion not for the good, I do however prefer Lowes over Home Dept which is a total shit show if you ask me. I would write a review on them but I never go there . The Kobolt tools they sell I like, I have some of their items and the qaulity of the items in general I think is good.

Never again will I buy anything from this store. We purchased a washer and upon install it was never tested. Used it for the first time and water started spewing everywhere, called the store they told us it is not their problem and it's probably our plumbing. We called corporate and explained the situation and were told the store would call us to schedule. That never happened and we repeated the whole process until finally being told the store would send someone out 2 days later. I called again to try to schedule the time that they would be coming and was told that's not possible, no one is in charge of scheduling. I find it hard to believe that these people are just driving around aimlessly and have free will to choose where they go and when. After missing 3 days of work waiting for someone to come back out, I called again and am currently waiting for my money back and will be getting another washer elsewhere. #laundrymountain

This review deserves NO stars! I needed a new dishwasher, went to Lowes and ordered. I ordered a Bosch. I should also say it came with free delivery. I had to put a 25.00 deposit, two weeks later go back to pay the total amount. Why couldn't I just pay when I ordered? Good question. I waited for almost a month to have it delivered and installed! Only after calling the corporate office did I get it. As for the free installation, they billed me for it then sent me a visa gift card in the amount of the instillation! I didn't want a gift card, I wanted free instillation! After many, many conversations with management, they ended up refunding my whole purchase then billing me again minus the installation! Another wasted trip back to Millville! Now the dishwasher has been in for less than 3 months and it just stops working. I called Lowes, they say I have to call Bosch. I call Bosch and they send someone over in a few days (thank you, Bosch)! I'm told it needs a new motherboard or in other words the whole computer that makes it work. I call Lowes and tell them this is unacceptable and that I want a new one. I ordered a new dishwasher, not a refurbished one. They told me I must call Bosch because they couldn't give me a new one without knowing that THEY will be paid for it!!! Now I call Bosch and their customer service tells me "I'll put a complaint in for you, but they will not do anything about it. It's under warranty so they will fix it! So disappointed with both Bosch and Lowe's!!!! I'll never buy from either again

I've always been a fan of Lowes but in particular I have found this store more often than not to be a great alternative to Home Depot across the road. Generally speaking, any item Home Depot doesn't carry will be available at Lowes and with a variety of options. It's a helpful staff, clean store, and I always have a positive experience here. This includes small (paint, outlets, light bulbs, tapes) and large (washer and dryer set) purchases. They win every time.
