I made a appointment they day before was taken in as soon as I got there... I got a cut color highlight and blowout... My stylist was Mattie she was very nice and attentive making sure I was comfortable and happy with results thru the whole process... It was a very nice experience it was also what I would consider very reasonable for the amount of work that was done to my hair... I hadn't felt like myself for a while it was nice to spoil myself.. I love my new hair.

Just lefted and not happy…. I got my hair done the lady was very sweet and nice I just was not happy with the work done I asked if she can blow dry my ends up like a curl and instead she used a curling iron and my curls didn’t look like curl and the tips at the end were straight with every curl… my hair is also not cut right there’s long pieces she didn’t cut…I hurried up and left crying calling my boyfriend to come pick me up and we ran to Walmart to buy shampoo and everything I needed for my hair…what turned to a day I wanted to pamper myself since I don’t really go places for my hair turned into I will be spending my night fixing my hair….. not happy at all I wish I stayed home instead would’ve saved me time and energy I spent $105 on products to fix my hair and I had paid $50.40 to get my hair done… I spent more money then I intended on today.

The stylist initiated a change in the charge to a lower price service that was a better match for what type of service I actually received. The styling turned out to be exactly what I wanted, and I received many compliments on my hair that evening
