It's gotten a lot better than a few years ago. It's organized despite the public who come in a throw things around. Staff seem nicer these days despite being understaffed at the cash register during Sunday. Overall it's big improvement keep up the good work.

Purchased a coffee table a few months back that was in pretty sad condition. Paint was chipped, scratches all over the surface, decorative pieces straight up broken off. But we just sanded it and refinished it, came out nice. Went to drop off a nightstand and dresser. We were turned away because they were “too damaged.” Granted, the nightstand had some chipped paint. But it is also 20 years old. The dresser about 10 years old. We were told they wouldn’t be able to “resell it.” It’s goodwill.. you’re not purchasing and reselling it. It’s being donated. And again, I purchased a coffee table in WAY worse condition than my nightstand and dresser.

The company no longer does discount colors except for Sundays and the prices are the same as buying new. I'm confused. The goodwill millionaire is struggling that bad. Only reason it's a 2 is because it's not the employees fault

Decent Goodwill. Prices are hit or miss. The last time I was here they didn't have dressing rooms available. I don't think they have a public restroom either.
I'd probably give this store less stars because of how unorganized it is and the fact that they never have enough shopping carts but I always leave with something good without spending a lot.
They do have an older gentleman that checks your bags when you leave though, which is pretty weird, but I guess I get it.

I fail to understand why the Millville Goodwill would go against fire code + simple decency by allowing a worker (older gentleman) to constantly block the exit. You can not enter or exit the store without being harassed and demeaned by the worker checking receipts at the door. This behavior has been observed over various months, and is only increasing in intensity. Doors need to be kept unlocked and hazard free during operating hours. It is the bare minimum for a public establishment.

Visited for the first time in a couple months today and noticed that they got a little pricey so I bought everything on the color sale. They try really hard there though.

Older black guy standing outside smoking cigarettes checking peoples receipts as they leave. Is this an employee? He is not wearing a uniform. He looks like a panhandling bum. Prices Extremely High! Also a lot of junk generic brands that are priced cheaper at Ross or Walmart. This store has gone downhill since they rearranged it all around. New Manager? With prices this high why don't you pay your employees more, spend some money and buy your receipt checker a uniform.

Workers there are rude and everything is more expensive then it is new even broken items due to the new management and I have never in the 7 years of shopping here seen prices that high

Ever since new management the items are significantly overpriced, and they now have an older gentleman that sits at the front door smoking cigarettes and checking recipes. They also completely removed all doors to the fitting rooms & the bathroom is ‘broken’ and not allowed to be used.

New management apparently. They have an old man at the front door checking receipts- rude, smoking in the store and trying to cough on me and my daughter after I said stop smoking around my child. The manager said oh I’ll talk to him. This is the problem- you can’t go anywhere anymore. Everyone is rude, swearing etc in front of someone else’s children.We will never go back to this goodwill ever again.

It very disappointing when you arrive and there are others grabbing more then one shopping cart. I once mentioned it was told they had no time to deal with it. I left being disabled I need a cart to hold on to.
