We just moved to town and normally this pharmacy is fantastic. Super friendly and accommodating and professional. Today me and my husband went in to pick up our medications. Needless to say Asia that works the front counter is absolutely the most miserable person on Earth. She just kept death staring us saying nothing....so I guess that meant that she wanted our name and our date of births. We wouldn't know that because she didn't speak to us the whole time. Didn't say hello. Didn't say thank you. Nothing. And then continued to yawn in our face the whole time we were checking out. So sad when you can't even get compassion from a pharmacy. The rest of the team is fantastic!.

I wish there was an option with no stars! The pharmacy here is horrible! Violation of HIPAA is unacceptable. The associates are terrible! Not the whole store, specifically the pharmacy. The associates look miserable, treat customers unprofessional and are terrible at their job. I’ve been a customer for 25+ years. My family and I will be leaving.

This has been posted for over a month now . This has to be the worst pharmacy ever from the rude staff and their incompetence to their drive thru never being open/ operated . Every visit is horrible .

The lady in the store has the worst attitude ever. She is never to be found when it’s time to check out, you have to wait awhile before she comes up to assist with a attitude.

I was in on Sunday to pick up an antibiotic called in by my husbands dentist that morning. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised that it was ready for pickup within 45min of the pharmacy opening. This was our Pharmacy for years when the pharmacist with the bow tie worked there. He was always friendly and had everything ready on time. We left for a couple of years due to our insurance. In January we had to switch back to CVS and I was very disappointed to see service was not the same as before. The Pharmacy seemed very messy and unorganized. On Sunday the dentist called the rx in to the wrong CVS. I was ready for more disappointments. I decided I would get there shortly after their open and make sure they tended to the rx due to my husbands pain from the infection. I was on my way there and received a text - tap here if you need this rx right away. I did as it said and before I arrived I received another text saying it was ready! I was very surprised and pleased. To top it off Christina waited on me at the Pharmacy and was very pleasant and helpful. She even took a minute to sign me up for an extra care card. I’m glad to see this Pharmacy seems to be striving for better!!

Rude and organized pharmacy staff. I work in healthcare and the employees here should be ashamed of themselves for the way they interact with the customers.

Sean pharmacist yelled and hung up on me 2nd when I called to let them knowZairean that took my call1st hung up on me after trying to tell me cvs doesn’t do transfers of meds n next not to be so difficult and ask my doctor to send it to that location. Before that he said there’s no refills on file go call your doctor and try to hang up and I said when I called I said I would like to have a medication on file pending to be picked up from another location. His response was WHOS THIS I said I can give you my DOB and he said have you lived in florida before but asked super confused I said yes it’s from another state n he went into saying there’s no refills call ur doctor I said I haven’t started the medicine yet how can I ask for a refill I need it transferred to your location he said we don’t do that I said yes you do he said fine I filled it next time call your doctor and have him send it again and when I called for a store manager the pharmacist SEAN SAID we don’t have one and I don’t know what happened with you a ZARIAN DARIAN but we are short staff I said I’m calling to tell you he hung up on me n I go into the details n she ignores me n says he did it for you he refilled it and I said I’m calling to talk to you about his poor customer service and you aren’t doing any better n she yelled and hung up yea 5 stars

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to, literally held prescriptions hostage because I refused to go through singlecare discount card when goodrx was $10 cheaper was told if i dont like prices go somewhere else & refused me my anxiety medication

Edit: to avoid accusing the incorrect person I want to specify that this is the evening cashier I am referring to, I have no experience with any staff through earlier parts of the day/morningThe pharmacy is usually okay with their service but the lady on the front registers usually has an attitude not to mention she usually responds as though she feels customers are always “interrupting” her.Today she made sure to let her discontentment be known quite loudly. There were two women at self checkout waiting for assistance (machine kept saying “someone is on their way”) they were looking around, pacing, by the looks of it they were waiting since before I got there. I walk to the normal register, there’s nobody there, the lady waiting for assistance looks around for an associate, there aren’t any around so I rang a silver bell (the types usually at places of business, you press and ding loudly to alert an associate someone needs help) the woman waiting for assistance thanks me and tells me she was looking for the bell to do the same. Within the minute a male and a female associate walk up. The male associate walks around me and to the register and starts helping me while the female associate stomps her way to the far end of the same counter towards the self checkout customers saying very loudly and with a nasty attitude “I HATE THAT BELL!” proceeds to angrily swipe her keycard till the self service register stops repeating the help message and stomps her way to the back of the register where she disappeared behind the counter.Im dumbfounded by the audacity and lack of respect some people have to just say whatever rude thing crosses their mouth. I mean, I’ve encountered her a dozen times in the past 2 months (I use that pharmacy often) and she ALMOST always seems to have a nasty “why are you bothering me” attitude when she rings me up but I’ve never once been disrespectful or rude to her despite the fact that I could have and had grounds to say something. If you’re frustrated or hate your job I hear you, I’ve been there but there’s no need to be an a** about it.

So far my experience with this CVS has been excellent. I called and asked them to add an over the counter item to my order and it was no problem. With all pharmacies you may have a wait BUT you can have your prescription delivered right to your home!!! Once you get the text reminder you opt to have delivery easy safe and NO Wait!
