Car troubles are the last thing anyone would want to experience but thanks to Broad Auto Repair— they made my day so much better. Upon driving on my way home from a work trip, my car began to act weird and felt hesitant to make the commute home. As I was searching for a repair shop, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn’t be happier.Their attention to detail and stellar customer service was exactly what I needed. The owner, Fayau and his team made sure to provide me affordable pricing packages and made sure I was comfortable while the repairs were being made. I really appreciated how transparent they were and as a woman, that was appreciated. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience.

Dishonest!! Beware!My elderly mom brought her car there for an oil change as she didn't have a ride to drop her car off at her usual garage. They told her when she picked up her car that she needed rear brakes and rotors. She brought her car to her usual mechanic (Jack's) the next week. They looked at her car and her brakes and rotors were fine! She had just had then replaced within past two years and only drives about 3K miles/year. Sad they tried to scam an elderly woman. Similar experiences were written on the Millville happenings Facebook page.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! Please heed my warning he is a scammer! I brought my car in to have my AC compressor fixed at 9:30am, and they took 12 HOURS, and still never fixed the issue, yet still tried to charge me the full amount. They kept giving me the run around stating issue after issue and after 3 different issues, by 9pm when my car still wasn’t fixed I told them I needed my vehicle back. They refused to give me my vehicle back and I had to get the police involved and the police had to force them to return my vehicle back to me because services were not rendered. I was one of his first customers when he opened and I will absolutely NEVER come back here. Not to mention he has texted me from the ‘business number’ asking me to spend time with him on Valentine’s Day which is completely unprofessional. 0/10 would never recommend this place to anybody please go anywhere else but here!

Honest mechanics Fayau and Javid spent all night replacing the failing coolant reservoir on my 98 Porsche boxster at $1150 less than the dealerships quote, now the car runs very well, no more coolant leaks, they went above and beyond. Shop could use some cleaning and organizing, but either way; I’ll be back for future work on the suspension and engine and even my other vehicle. Thank you again I appreciate all you hard work and clarification.
