I really don't know what the hell the point of having employees in the Millville location when all they want to do is sit on the computer and play computer games. Just today I went in to possibly switch my phone service over to them and the guy that wears the Packers hat told me that his system is down and no free phones available. Yet they have signs and posters all over the windows stating it. It's either this guy don't want to do his job or it's false advertisement

Just went here today and all i can say is WOW. they say free phones when you switch but its a joke!. The guy ( not jon) wearing a packers hat, told me no phone available. And the system was down. I had to go to my local mall and do my business.

The young lady was very unhelpful and seemed as if we were bothering her. We had to extract information on the phones from her. She was on the phone with her husband the whole time talking about inappropriate things. VERY VERY poor customer service. She was also very provocatively dressed, extremely inappropriate for business attire. I would not recommend going there at all.

The one guy was ok. But the guy Jon was no help at all yesterday and they need to train him on how to do returns.. so hopefully someone who can do returns to a debit card will be working . And its pretty bad when an employee can't do phone returns. Isn't tht part of your job esp if Your bosses aren't there ..

Horrible customer service and lacking people skills. I was on my way to this location to buy 2 new phones. Figured I’d call first to be sure of the price and to ask about transferring pics & contacts from an iPhone to an Android. The VERY RUDE gentleman on the phone answered my questions, but then in the same breath told me he couldn’t help me anymore because he was already helping someone in store and it’s rude to stop helping them to help me because they were there first. It took him 40 seconds to answer my questions. 40 seconds!! I didn’t necessarily “need help” at all. Then he said “how would you feel if you were here in the store and I answered the phone and starting helping someone else?” I just hung up at that point and went home. I’ll buy the phones online and save the frustration.

Really didn't like this place at all. The two boys that run this shop are so indifferent unwilling to help only do what is necessary get you out of the building. They just moved into the building next to Save-A-Lot that is closed down now they had two boxes of cell phones waiting to be put up to sell I inquired about them and they told me I would have to wait and went back at two days later and the two boxes was still sitting right there. So I did what I had to do and I'm going to another carrier and very happy with Verizon now thank you boys

Whenever I go in there's one guy. He is a nice enough person but no matter what he won't help you when you have an issue. The solution is always in his words "call Boost and complain" and everything costs. It's ridiculous. I'm extremely unsatisfied with the phone I got from there and he refused to help. Avoid this place, I know I will be in the future.
