“My car broke down and I was unable to have it fixed the same day. Instead of pushing me out, they allowed me to wait until I could get it towed by a family member. They were hospitable as I waited there for 3 hours. They didn’t even charge me. Extremely polite staff.”
“I want to start with the guy that helped me in figuring out what I wanted. Giovanni he’s gotta be the best sales guy I’ve dealt with he took time out of his lunch to help me out and remained patient while I decided what to go with it and it really took me hours to decide I never felt rushed. I recommend this place specifically if you’re dealing with Gio he’s going to take good care of you. I also dealt with the parts department which was also a good experience met the technician who worked on my car super nice guy and the service writer. Great people”

Upon driving on my way home from a work trip, my car began to act weird and felt hesitant to make the commute home. As I was searching for a repair shop, I stumbled upon this gem and couldn’t be happier.Their attention to detail and stellar customer service was exactly what I needed. The owner, Fayau and his team made sure to provide me affordable pricing packages and made sure I was comfortable while the repairs were being made. I really appreciated how transparent they were and as a woman, that was appreciated. All in all, this was a 10/10 experience.”

I found out about a warranty on my air conditioning through them while i was there, wouldn't have had known otherwise. I would absolutely do business with them again!”

“Jack’s Auto Service helped me out so much. They were friendly, quick, and reasonably-priced. My oil drain plug fell out (I had gotten my oil changed an pepboys two days before..) when I was driving down the shore at 11 p.m. and my low engine oil pressure light came on. I got towed to Jacks and left a message. They called me first thing in the morning, screwed in the drain plug, refilled my oil, and cleaned my undercarriage. They were finished by mid-morning. The whole thing cost less than pepboys charged me for the original oil change that caused the whole issue. Highly recommend!”
“I called Jose at his company when his number was giving to me by another customer at the Wawa that I was at when I locked my keys in my car,he came out right away and not only did he not over charge me he was very nice and patient with me as I had to wait for my father in law to bring me the money for the service. He waiting with me for a good 10 mins for the money and never did he seem bothered about the wait. He was understanding and very kind. I would recommend Jose or his company to anyone who is in need of good, honest professional service!”
