My family and I got all new phones and added my mother on to the line as well. We also switched from iPhone to Samsung, so we had lots of questions, lots. We must've visited this store about 4 times in a month?Christian is absolutely amazing! He has been the biggest help. He is very kind, patient, understanding, and helpful.Our visits also involved bringing our 3 year old son with us, he can be a bit much. But that didn't matter, Christian was so sweet and friendly with him.I seriously can not say enough about this man, incredible customer service and an all around wonderful person!Thank you Christian!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Do not go to this store. Go to the AT&T store in the mall instead. I went there to trade in my phones and receive a trade-in credit, however one phone went mysteriously missing after I gave it to the store associate, and I have yet to receive the credit for that phone. I essentially gave them the phone for free! They are not interested in fixing the situation. Save your time and money! Stay away from this store!

When I arrived Saturday February 18th 2023 around 7:30 PM a female employee was standing out front of the store smoking marijuana. When I went into the store she followed me and was extremely confused. She called over another coworker to help her who never even touched my phone but told me that i needed to go to the Apple Store and he couldn’t even help me… I went to the AT&T store inside of the mall and they helped me within 2 minutes. Terrible customer service. Management should review.

I had a complicated issue dealing with a traded phone and the bill not aligning and Destiney and Matt were absolutely amazing. They helped me work it all out. It took 2.5 hours to come to a cure. They stayed with me and made sure I was taken care of and that the issue was fully resolved. I am grateful for them. ATT: it’s the employees, like Destiney and Matt, that allow you to retain your customers. If it wasn’t for them, I would have canceled all of our lines.

Take a lunch and wear comfortable shoes you are going to be here 1 hour min these fools take FOREVER but I do not blame the employees it is at&t who keep it understaffed. Can't blame it on covid it's always been Iike this. Offer water and get better seating and play a movie jeez

Employees were super helpful and patient with helping me switch from boost mobile. They also helped me find some extra deals and discounts to make my monthly bill cheaper. I’d definitely recommend going here!

This store location is by far the best when it comes to customer service and being treated in a professional manner. The AT&T representative, Shane greeted me when I came into the establishment and went above and beyond in helping me resolve an issue with my bill. Unfortunately, when it comes to customer service some employees lack the skillset to engage with the public; however, that wasn't the case with Shane, while assisting me he was also multitasking assisting other customers all the while still making sure as a customer I felt like I was a priority and Shane even thanked me for my business when I left the establishment. This particular location will always be my go to place when it comes to business matters with AT&T because everytime I visit I'm treated like a valued customer.

I just switched from tmobile (trash?? Would not recommend 0/10) to AT&T (10/10 would recommend) and the support that I got from Shane was great! I was able to upgrade my phone, keep my number, and save money because I got a $700 credit for switching and because of a discount health care workers receive. He was very patient and reassured all my questions. Overall I’m very happy that I made the switch and that Shane was able to assist me!
