When I first walked into the store and Millville location, Ashley and the young lady that’s in training , I can’t remember her name. They greeted me with a very nice smile. I felt very welcome here. They introduced me to an electric bedframe when I just came in for a regular bedframe I’m so glad, I chose to go with the electric bedframe awesome Customer Service great Impression yes I will be back and I will definitely let my friends family know about Ashley Furniture . I’ve been a customer here since 2012 no complaints. Thank you for great customer service??

I was greeted at the door and allowed to walk the store without interruption except when I passed our sales lady Melanie after 20 minutes. Told her I pick one item and would see her after our walk through. I saw her at the desk when I was done and made a purchase. I also ask about another item and she promptly got me the paperwork on that to take home. All the people at the desk where friendly and completed my purchase which was very pleasant experience.
