I have been taking both my dogs there for about 10 years. I thought Dr. Blumenthal was a good doctor at first, but he never really cared about our dogs and listen to what we would say. He was condescending and almost rude at times. He does not show an ounce of compassion to my dogs. My one dog had been suffering from an ear infection starting back in November. Took him to the Dr. three times cause he had gook coming out of his ears and Dr. says he just has wax, no infection or yeast. Took him to a new vet and my dog was suffering from double ear infections and a ruptured middle ear! Thanks to Dr. B. he was almost be deaf. The office staff was nice though and was always able to get in quickly but they lost me as a client.

Never had a bad experience here. Front desk staff is very accommodating, and very nice! The back staff along with the Drs are very hands on and thorough. 10/10 would recommend for your fur babies

I had a distressing experience at Millville Animal Hospital with my 5-month-old kitten. Despite showing acute symptoms like vomiting, lethargy, and not eating for 24 hours, we had to wait an hour in the exam room before being seen by the vet. The vet and assistant were rough with my frail kitten, even slamming him on the exam table. No lab work was offered, and we were only given anti-vomiting medication before being sent home. Unfortunately, my kitten's condition worsened overnight leading us to take him to another animal hospital, which his condition was so terrible he ended up passing due to dehydration and renal failure the following day.
The other veterinary hospital was alarmed by the absence of medical intervention at Millville Animal Hospital. They suggested that if treatment had been administered earlier, there might have been a chance for my cat to survive.I wouldn't recommend this place for your beloved pets. I’m writing this review so you can make an informed decision. I would never want anyone to endure what we did.

Our dog was a patient here. We came home from work, yesterday, and our dog was very sick & lethargic. We called to try to get him in, since we live 5 minutes from the office, and explained the situation, but was denied service. We were told to go to the drug store, purchase cola syrup to give to him, and they could make us an appointment for next day. No care whatsoever that our dog was sick. We called Animal Clinic of Millville, whom our dog had never been too, and Dr Alex said she would wait for us, and to bring him right in, which we did. Our dog had suffered a heart attack, moments before we got home, and was unable to breathe on his own or stand. Heart was enlarged, which in turn put too much pressure on his trachea. He ended up having to be euthanized, last night. Animal Hospital had no regard for our animals life. Valentine's Day was more important, than our dog's well being. We will never patronize this place, again, and I hope no one else receives this kind of care, either.

Had the unfortunate task of ending the suffering of my senior dog. The staff were very caring and compassionate. We were let in privately through a rear entrance and taken right into a private room. The technicians that did the procedure were very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. Just based on my experience on one of the saddest days of my life, I would highly reccomend them.

Dr Blumenthal and his staff truly care about animals and their owners. My cat was attacked and my vet was not available. I called several offices and was turned away bc I am not a client. Millville Animal Hospital welcome my injured pet, started treating her as soon as we arrived and took above and beyond care of her. They are Highly recommended!!!
