I go in a lot drop off packages when I sell stuff on Mercari. The staff are polite, quick, and much more friendlier than anyone I've interacted with at the local Milltown post office. I would highly recommend going here if you're looking to to drop off any packages.

Unfortunately new owners are very rude and lazy. They refuse to handle and scan USPS packages. They instruct customers to move packages around, instead of doing their job. Picture this, two guys standing and watching their phones, and just telling you where to place each package.

The Milltown employees are friendly and helpful every time I visit. They’re all proficient at their job, resulting in wait times of a minute or less.

I’ve never seen such polite and helpful staff at any other UPS stores. The two young kids and Vennu who work at the front desk! They are always helpful and friendly.

They open at 8:30am but no one was there at 8:40. The convenience store clerk said they are late sometimes and apologized.
