We live in a community full of big box stores that offer an onsite pharmacy in addition to a Walgreens, Rite Aid or CVS on every corner. Unfortunately, these modern conveniences come at a price: customer service usually falls short of expectations. Poumil Patel, the owner-Pharmacist at Milltown Pharmacy stands out as a shining example of excellence. Having an old school mom and pop pharmacy around the corner is a privilege for our community.Anytime I've had a question about my medications, dosage instructions, or even insurance coverage, Poumil and his team have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction; making me feel valued and supported in managing my family's health.Their commitment to exceptional service and outstanding, unwavering and timely responsiveness has made them my go-to pharmacy. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and customer focused pharmacy experience.

Every time I call to see if a script is ready that was sent to them hours beforehand and I'm told it's ready to be picked up and then I arrive and I'm told they need 10-15 minutes to fill the script. So basically I'm being lied to when I call about a script being ready for pickup. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Will no longer have scripts filled here. Walgreens it is now.

I have been going to the Milltown Pharmacy for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always professional and friendly! I moved to Monmouth county over a year ago and still go to Milltown to get my prescriptions! This local pharmacy makes me feel like family and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Milltown pharmacy went above and beyond today. My prescription was going to cost me so much money each month that I couldn't afford it. The pharmacist found a coupon for me and now its covered! I can't thank them enough for taking so much time with me and being so thorough. They really care about the customers!

Milltown Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy that I have ever went to. I travel a distance because they go out of their way to help me especially during the covid pandemic. Worth the trip! Courteous staff and exceptional service!

I don't know what happened to this place but it is terrible to see a towns local Family Pharmacy that has served their locals for so long to fall so low so fast. It looks like it has been ransacked by protestors since the shelves are practically bare.The newer staff say the right words to customers but there is a seriously contemptuous tone in every interaction with them.Most of the time they don't know what you are asking for even if you explain it a few times. I am done with them. What a shame.

Unhappy with the experience today. I called last night to confirm they had a certain product, and when I got in today, they showed me a completely different product that I specifically confirmed on the phone that it wasn’t that. 3 stars instead of 1 because the employees and manager were very nice and apologetic, but it still doesn’t change the fact that I went out of my way for a product they didn’t have after being told they had it.

I came into Milltown pharmacy for the first time. I needed to get a COVID test. I was offered with an outstanding customer service from one of your pharmacist by the name of Olivia. She provide me with options of the many ways I can get tested. She was professional and kind.

Milltown pharmacy has been my go-to location for COVID testing, as it’s been a requirement for work. Booking appointments online is quick and easy. PCR results have been emailed in less than 24 hours recently. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Olivia is always on top of her game and makes the testing bearable. I would definitely recommend this local pharmacy.
