I had been coming to Heritage Wet Cleaners to do Wash & Fold for quite some time, almost 4 years at this point, they had never lost my clothing and had a fairly reasonable price. At some point, the management changed, and I started to notice the prices increase, and things go missing. The final straw was when, last month, my usual amount of clothing leapt in price from $60 to $110; and I was embarrassingly made to transfer all of my clothing out of my own laundry bags, and into theirs for no good reason.I won't be returning.

Brought two dresses to be taken in, one dress ripped open the day of the wedding I was attending due to the terrible and “unfinished” hemline. The second dress seems to be ruined now, there is little to no change to the garment from when I brought it in besides the poorly taken in top half - which left the bottom looking horrible. I don’t know what was done here, but I am not happy with the results.Service: Alterations
