As of August 16, 2023 this branch including ATM has been closed for the last two days. There’s a sign on the drive thru ATM screen saying circumstances beyond their control they are closed. Don’t go to this location!

Relationship Banker was friendly and helpful, of course within the overall constraints of Bank of America's cumbersome, not customer focused processes and practices. Also, know up front they don't respond well to emails or online appointment scheduling. They prefer everything to be by phone contact or in person.

Customer service at this bank is awful. They don't even have a drive up window in service at this branch any more. East Brunswick branch on 18 is a lot better.

This is the best Bank of America in the area. After being turned away from my branch I tried this one. The manager, Milad Khalil greeted me and asked how he could help me. I needed to cancel a cashiers check without the check. I had the receipt . This was a real paIn to do. It took a long time and patience of a saint. This man was the ultimate professional. Needless to say he got it done. I am amazed at the difference in the same business. I would recommend this bank to everyone. I have been a customer of B of A since 1993 or 4. I love the bank but now this branch is my choice.

I actually never say a bad thing about a business because I run one of my own, but this place is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I've needed quarters for laundry for such a long time, so I brought my spare change to them to exchange for quarters and they said that they don't take loose change anymore and that I had to put them into rolls. I got empty rolls from them and then spent 15 minutes in my car putting the change into rolls. When I went back they were 1 minute after close and they wouldn't let me in for a quick minute to get quarters even after I showed that I spent all that time putting the change into rolls! He smirked at me and said, "you can come back tomorrow." So I left and went to TD bank where they don't require you to put the coins into rolls, they also close later and are open on Sundays (unlike B of A). This is not my first time dealing with terrible customer service from B of A. I'm closing my accounts with them and moving to TD, where I already opened an account. I may not have a ton of money in my account right now but I graduate with an engineering degree this year, so if you look at the life time value of me as a customer, they messed up. I highly suggest not using Bank of America for your finances.

I was a long time costumer of this branch, until one day I want to apply for a morgage. What a nightmare at the end, Firts they love you for the credit report later the put you to talk by phone with some guríº expecialist on it, to back all the deal one week before closing, Complete Idiots. Not recommended at all!!!
