Hours are very limited. I think they should be open on atleast one Saturday of the month. Also they can have one day a week late hours. Taking time off just to visit branch is bit inconvenience.

Relationship Banker was friendly and helpful, of course within the overall constraints of Bank of America's cumbersome, not customer focused processes and practices. Also, know up front they don't respond well to emails or online appointment scheduling. They prefer everything to be by phone contact or in person.
We have taken proactive steps to enhance cleaning procedures to limit the risk of exposure, based on the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, and follow local restrictions on the number of clients that can enter at one time.
