This place is probably the most useless bank I have ever been to. Incompetent employees. No tellers. 1 lousy ATM. Wasted my time today! They are doing a terrible job at trying to keep this useless branch open!

Had a really great experience at this branch that requires attention. Wow. Branch Banker Maria Sanchez went above and beyond meeting an urgent need of mine to get some form notarized last minute. She stayed after hours, was still overwhelming friendly and customer oriented (even though we all knew she was working past her time), and on top of that, she still felt the need apologize in taking longer than expected to verify me and meet our needs. This was simply exceptional service and an example of going above and beyond for their customers. I’m not currently a personal PNC Bank customer as I’m only a member/signer of a entity that banks there, but after this service, I will open an account first thing tomorrow morning! The person who also stayed with her was very warm and welcoming. Wish I caught her name too.

No ATM inside bank.... Just drive up ATM that's difficult to reach from car.

The staff of this PNC is amazing, especially Joe who went out of his way to accommodate my banking needs. Banks can be such a hassle but the staff of this bank in particular really make the experience so much more enjoyable and easy that I would never want to bank elsewhere. I cannot say enough good things about this PNC- thank you so much!

Worst bank experience I've ever had, branch manager Susan M. should definitely quit her job because thanks to her the good name of PNC bank I knew (as a PNC personal and business account holder) dropped down to zero.
