If you are truly looking to change your life, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally, this is the place for you. Motives isn’t just a “personal training gym”, it’s a group of leaders who help you achieve your goals in life through fitness.I was hesitant at first, but choosing Motives was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Dan is my coach, but all the coaches are simply incredible and become your friends very quickly. They listen to you and take the necessary steps to help YOU.The facility is always clean, the other members are friendly, and the space has everything you need. I highly recommend Motives to everyone.

IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THISI’ve been running consistently since late 2019 and always struggled with shins splints and over training along with prolonged recovery times. Finally said enough is enough in Sep 2022 after suffering unbearable shin splits post Berlin Marathon and decided to make it a priority to fix these issues. I Met Dan through some friends. Right away connected with him as he is an ultra Runner himself. He understood my road blocks and designed me a customized plan to fix the issues one at a time. Sure it was tough 2 months of gaining back my mobility and regaining strength but I regret nothing. I would recommend every runner to take a step back if they’re facing same issues and come check out Motives or any place that focuses on customized training. It’s been 4 months now working w Dan 2 months since I started running again. Ecstatic to say that I not longer feel SHIN pain while running, feel stronger than ever and am consistently strength training to avoid injuries all bc of motives and Dan approach to my problems. MOTIVES is a community that meets people where they are and helps them THRIVE and regain confidence!

My 15 yr old som has been coming to motives since the summer. The individual support he’s gotten and the support from the whole team has been top notch. He’s a soccer player and his workouts have been tailored to his specific needs. Not to mention how friendly everyone is and how clean the entire gym is. 10/10

Motives has changed my life. This is a place to get personalized training without the cost you would actually spend on personal training. Your coach sets up your workouts customized to what your needs and abilities are. There is no guessing as to what I should be doing when I walk into the gym. Your coach will be there for you every step of the way on whatever your fitness journey is. I highly recommend Motives for those who really want to make a difference in their health and fitness.

Joined Motives around 5 months ago. The trainers here are top notch. Extremely good at dealing with each client on a personal basis and figuring out a plan that works for you. If you have doubts about getting in shape and are easily distracted away from the gym/sticking to a routine -- this is the place for you.

I’ve been with Motives working out ~3 days a week. All of the coaches are awesome! A year ago I was in pain, had low confidence and depressed. My pain has now decreased immensely, I feel stronger and more confident. Motives gives me the motivation I need to keep going back. I’ve never been able to say that about any other gym or workout program I’ve participated in. Thank you Ashley, Mike, Dan & Alexa!!

By far the best facility and professional trainers/motivators/educators in the fitness industry. I look forward to starting my day at Motives and working with the staff. They provide much more than a workout. They give all members a safe place to explore their individual wants and needs without judgement.

I joined Motives Movement 11 months back and it has been only an upward journey in my physical and mental health. I have tried HIIT classes, group crossfit sessions and virtual sessions in the past and never stayed consistent. It was a hard job to pull back and learn what works for me. At Motives, it was easy. Coach Ashley was instrumental in addressing my health concerns, my insecurities and helped me stay consistent through 2022. She is more a friend now.We have had 114 sessions since Feb 2022 and today I deadlift close to my bodyweight, I bb press half my weight, I can stay on an pull-up bar for half a minute, I can setup and many more. Most of all I am happy, content and strong. And it is a great investment for your good health. Invest in you at Motives Movement.All the coaches are amazing and friendly.

This is a great place to start your journey to a better health. I was looking for a place where it's not a one size fits all mentality. Started working with Tommy and then Mike. It's been 22 weeks now and I can actually feel the difference for the first time in a long time. I can positively say that it's changed the way I think about being healthy. I see results in not just looks but also in the way I feel. I'm a diabetic and my doctor has taken me off 2 meds because my sugar levels stays fantastic now. Thanks guys!

I joined Motives almost two moths ago. I have been working with Ashley and she is wonderful. She really meets you where you are, helps build your confidence and offers excellent instruction. She works hard to ensure an injury free but tough workout. I came in with reduced mobility in my shoulder. She tailored exercises specifically for me and in this short time my shoulder mobility has increased! Whether in personal training or in a group class Ashley makes sure that every workout works for you.

I signed up for a one-week trial just to ‘check it out.’ Three years later I’m in better shape at 40 than I was at 20. I started at my pace coming in 2-3x per week and now committed to 5x per week. Everyday is a new challenge. I’m stronger, more energetic and my mental acuity is sharper than ever. I’ve never had a more rewarding workout anywhere. There’s a lot to love about about Motives including the supportive coaches, state-of-the-art facility and friendly members. Thank you for being an important part of my life!
