This is a 5-star shout out to Kristen Vielma, who assisted us in our quest to purchase a Winnebago View or Travato at Colonial RV. Colonial is a Winnebago and airstream dealer in New Jersey with a many options on the lot. She was extremely helpful, consistently available, and very well informed about the product, which is a rarity these days. I highly recommend her at Colonial RV if you're looking for Winnebago.

Our experience with Colonial RV far exceeded our expectations. From the first call to Bobby, through a drop-in visit, to purchasing our first RV - every interaction was positive, supportive and most importantly patient! We had interactions with other dealers and from our first visit to Colonial RV we knew that was where we would eventually purchase our RV.

I Spent 3 Years Learning about RV'S, type of, Brands, Dealerships, and yes, even about Salespeople. Colonial RV sounded like the place to visit. What I did not expect was a salesman who did not try to sell, BUT instead let me know that I could enjoy his beautiful dealership and he would answer any questions which he did with enthusiasm and spot on facts. Well I returned several months later and bought a New Solis 59P hopefully it will someone will experience salesman Robert Hensinger (Bobby) and the beautiful dealership Colonial RV.

If you are thinking about purchasing a RV, I highly recommend you check out Colonial RV! The facility is top notch, everyone is extremely friendly and were just awesome to deal with! We purchased our class c from Kristen, she just made the whole experience extremely pleasant. From the initial visit, to following through the whole process and even checking in with us a couple of times because we were able to spend the night at the dealership's overnight, full hook up camping area! Paul provided a great walk through, Steve made the financing process easy and Kyle was awesome in the service department! Again, I highly recommend Colonial RV!

We can't say enough about the team at Colonial RV! We purchased from them in 2007, 2013, and again in June, 2023. Even though we no longer reside in NJ we continue to make the trip north because they have treated us so fairly and respectfully over these many years. As with the car industry, the RV industry is managed by many unsavory characters---this is TOO COMMON! Not so at Colonial---their pricing is fair, service and sales processes are unmatched---TOO UNCOMMON! This is truly the only place we would go for Winnebago or Airstream products. Bobby Hensinger is a phenomenal salesman. He knows the products he's selling from stem to stern---another rarity in the RV business. He's thoughtful, patient, and a great communicator that works with the customer to ensure the right RV match. There is no pressure applied by Bobby or the finance team. We also need to recognize Ms. Heather Ott from the Colonial team. She made the paperwork/financial process an absolute breeze! Another rarity! Lastly, we must acknowledge Kevin Amaro for the great orientation and delivery. He did a great job for us. We also took advantage of the opportunity to spend the night in one of their campsites to shake out the RV in case anything needed to be addressed. All was shipshape! Whether you are in the market for your first RV (our fourth!!!) or your next RV, see the team at Colonial RV. They are wonderful folks and you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back in a few years for the next rig!

Our new 2022 Winnebago Adventurer is our 7th RV in 14 years and, like the other rigs, had a few problems that required professional repair.A critical element of RV ownership is a good relationship with a mindful and attentive service center. Of course, the ultimate test of any relationship is when there is a problem. So, I am quite pleased to advise we have a great relationship with Colonial RV.Though we did not purchase our Adventurer from Colonial they made us feel like part of the family. Our service advisor, Erica, did a stellar job managing our repairs and upgrades. She and other members of the service staff made us feel our coach was in good hands, which, of course, it was.Of all the dealers and service centers we have dealt with over the years, Colonial RV is a breath of fresh air! The facility is gorgeous with a modern look and feel and a very roomy lot. The showroom is heavenly with a luxurious waiting area. Looks like a very comfortable place to work which is good for both the staff and customers.Though there were some twists and turns with our repairs (mostly waiting for parts) Erica proactively managed our expectations and kept us readily advised of the status.All the warranty repairs and upgrades at Colonial RV were good quality. Given the new realities and complexities of RV ownership in Zombieland these days, it’s comforting to have a safe harbor like Colonial RV when we need service or repair of our beloved Winnie!

We where coming from the sailing world and searched for a RV. Luckily we found Colonial RV where we bought a Navion 24J. Special was our situation as we are Swiss citizens with regard to the paperwork. Kristen and the team in Colonial RV helped us to manouve around all the paperwork hurdles. All in all we had a very good and professional experience. So you want to buy a RV, this is a good place to go.
