We are very pleased with our new deck, Barrett Outdoors did replace our old wooden deck. They did everything as promised and in timely manner. Barrett Outdoors are very easy and quick with communications, always updated us with process, showed professionalism and high quality. The team (carpenters, managers) are very skilled, always paying attention to details, work fast despite hot temperatures, and did clean up the job site every time after finishing work. They did fantastic job in replacing our deck, and we highly recommend Barrett Outdoors to everyone.

Barrett Outdoors did a fantastic job replacing my old wooden deck. They provided professional design, planning, and execution. I could not be more pleased with my experience. Teamwork and communication were consistent thanks to their project portal and their responsiveness. The construction crew was friendly and well skilled. They worked doggedly through 100-degree heat and performed daily clean up. I highly recommend Barrett Outdoors, and look forward to contacting them for a future project.

Barrett Outdoors replaced our deck after Hurricane Sandy demolished it in October 2012; it was quite an extensive and expensive undertaking. Fast forward to July 2024 and a couple minor workmanship issues needed to be addressed. Gus was happy to honor the workmanship agreement and made the fixes free of charge to us. Not many companies stand behind their products/services like this anymore and we were very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Barrett Outdoors. I highly recommend contacting Gus and his team for your decking projects!

I have to say, their team was a pleasure to work with, and communication was consistent through the portal they set up for the project. The team fully addressed issues that cropped up throughout the project, listened to our concerns, and worked with us to resolve the issues in a manner we were satisfied with and thought fair. If you are in need of a new deck, you need to pick up Barrett outdoors! We had the best experience ever with Gustavo and Jasmine and our project is absolutely beautiful! From the first time we met Gus, we felt comfortable and confident in their work and quality of materials! Jasmine communicates with you daily and Answers all questions questions in a timely fashion. I would give them 10 stars.
