Not a big review writer but had to comment on the service I received at Short Hills Mall Verizon today. Patrick is just awesome! So knowledgeable and professional, friendly and helpful. Every Verizon store needs a Patrick!

Great experience! Robert greeted and diagnosed issue. He tried to help me get seen quickly. Calif helped to find Shaleah and she was fabulous. So efficient elegant and helpful. My SIM card failed and they replaced it quickly. Back in action.

The staff at Verizon are very friendly and helpful, especially Yara. I will definitely come back there.
