The owe me apologies. I bought a watch from here, when I go back home, one week later I open the box, it was no watch inside. and I go back to ask, they said no extra watch in store, I said " I hope you can check the cameras, if my fault I have to say sorry, but they said can't check the camera because not Emergency and 10 days later they call me let me go pick up a new watch. and I went there, they still not nice and rude ,let me feel is my fault,but when I come home to check the new watch they just gave me ,I saw my original box outside and inside have a ID number,with the new watch is the same ID. You guys know what I mean . They didn't give me the watch before, now they gave me back the watch is same ID number with my old box .! I am so disappointed in their stories! Swarovski in Short Hill mall !I buy I opened a watch a week after I got home. There was no watch inside, and they refused to admit it. I asked them to check the surveillance system, but they refused to let me check it. After more than ten days, they asked me to go back and pick up another new one. They always thought it was mine. Wrong. When I got the new one, I looked at the ID number on the watch. It was the same as the one on the empty box I gave me before, which proved that they had stolen it.

I don’t understand what happened with this company. They used to have quality pieces and great customer service. Was told when I return a piece of jewelry with a stone missing that I need the box that it came in. I can understand the receipt, but the box. Are you kidding me. I have bought several pieces of jewelry, for gifts and myself. The quality has declined and so has the customer service. Will not be buying from Swarovski again. I will spend a few more dollars and buy the real thing.

My experience with Customer Service started out well and went completely downhill fast! Never followed through on what they said and left with stones missing from my necklace! Will not buy another Swarovski piece of jewelry!

I can’t thank Jamie, Dara and Nicky enough for such amazing and perfect / five-star shopping experiences. They were so caring, kind, patient, thoughtful and made me feel exceptionally welcomed in their Short Hills, NJ store. Bague de très mauvaise qualité. Achetée il y a à peine 1 ans et demi et elle déjà tout décolorer. Pour une bague de mariage, c'est ordinaire. Pas moyen d'avoir un retour du service à la clientèle.

Worst customer service. I have 2 refund cases CS0612068 and CS0611385 May 19 and never show up. Called 5 times (2 hours each time) and Emailed 4 times without response. Think again and again when you want to purchase something here. Very disappointed!
