Don’t order the pancakes on a Sunday.
The poor staff woman has no help she was on her own. We waited 30 minutes for the to-go item.
We won’t be back.

Nadya was very accommodating and offered great help and created a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Sugar Bear for your candy and other sweet needs.

Always enjoy going to sugar bear with the family. Been probably 50 times since they opened and always a good experience, but a rare negative and embarassing visit just now with rude and obnoxious staff member and won’t be back again. Hoping ownership sees this.
All in front of my seven year old daughter.

Pop rocks advertised at 10 for 10.99 - general manager was charging 1.99 each when I got 31. When I told/showed her the advertisement/board above the pop rocks she was super annoyed and said it’s not coming up in the register. Then tried to tell me the rest of approx 30$ was tax. Very poor management. I ended up not getting the item.

Cute store but the prices are exorbitant! $40 for candy for three children. They each got some jelly beans and one piece of packaged candy.

I have been a Millburn resident for over 20 years and on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. I went to get my favorite ice-cream at Sugar Bear on Millburn Ave after I got my hair cut. When I walked in there was girl behind the counter who was busy opening boxes, when I asked for assistance with ice cream...she seemed extremely annoyed and dropped the boxes on the counter, she continued to be noticeably irritated and was short, rude and was rushing me. When I asked if there was something wrong, she got argumentative and refused to help me and helped someone else. I asked for a manager, but she said she it was her, Rebecca. I left so upset; this never happens to me and now I can't get my ice cream anymore.

I am obsessed with the shoestring licorice candy! The young lady who’s there most of the time when I go in is extremely helpful and polite this place has lots of specialty options. A bit pricey, but it’s really hard to find the shoestring candies where I am, so I just give in and pay the price.

Friendly staff, a wonderful atmosphere inside and a huge selection of tasty treats. They were the final stop on my quest to find freeze dried candies! They were a bit pricier than buying them online, but if you don't want to wait for shipping like I didn't, it's well worth the extra couple of dollars!
