I would like to thank this agency and service for helping me save over $20.000 dollars on the sale of my house. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I thought I would have to compromise on Professionalism and responsiveness and, that WAS NOT the case.Everytime I had questions or concerns and sent an email, they responded WITHIN an hour or so. All in all, it was an excellent experience and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would use them AGAIN.Thank you, Realmart!

Horrible. Lindee Q Ning is a waste of time and money. While she knew that the apartment was under contract she made me do all the background and credit check (for which I spent a considerable amount) and then once I paid for the background and credit checks she says that the apartment has gone to someone else. What a waste and unethical practise. She could have just told me before making me incur unnecessary expense. She knew that the apartment was already under contract still didnt tell me. BAD

Good afternoon, I would like to report one of your realtors. A few days ago I wanted to inquire about an apartment in Kearny NJ and was blatantly disrespected by your realtor Shiqi (Sam) Yan. He is so absolutely unprofessional and a rude individual, when it came down to setting up a time to have a tour in person. I had explained to him that I was available today after 11, because I am 2 months pregnant and had a doctors appointment. After his response of me saying I will keep him updated on what time I will be done with my appointment, he felt that it was appropriate to say I’m waisting his time and said quote on quote. “I hope your future child will be more polite” and proceeded to call me rude. I made sure to be consistent with all of my messages to the best of my ability. I work full time and have a baby on the way so needless to say I am furious. If i could give this 0 stars I would, i would like to speak to whoever is in charge immediately.
