PNC MILLBURN BRANCH After providing required ID. Teller refused to honor my check...Took my license to the back somewhere for more than 10min... returned with no explanation after I loudly announced that I was filling a complaint of IDENTITY THEFT.....That Teller should be Investigated

I will give it a (-)minus on customer service. Worst i have experienced ever. The 2 ladies were first chitchatting and tell me to wait , when they werent attending to any customer, and then tell me that since it will take too long they can not help me today. What nonsense!!!
