My medications are filled immediately for my children and I, and he offers delivery service, which is convenient. He is truly a genuine pharmacist who cares about his customers and not just the money. This is my favorite pharmacy hands down and he has everything you need just like a Walgreens or CVS but minus the long wait. “Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. “A great local long standing family operated Pharmacy off central Ave in University Heights Newark NJ. This pharmacy is definitely underrated. They provide the same resources in a “non-corporate” way. The pharmacist here is a wonderful caring man, who will go out of his way to help you. They offer vaccines and more. (It’s not a big place to go shopping) But if you’re looking for a local pharmacist that will always be on top of your medication, this is the spot. (Near Giovanni Pizza)”

Recently they really went the extra mile by having to call multiple doctors and pharmacies for me to get my son the correct prescription after it was back ordered. “After having gone to the Walgreen's on Millburn Ave a couple of times, I really appreciate this CVS. Like all pharmacies, they are extremely busy. Yet the pharmacists are helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They have helped me troubleshoot my insurance multiple times, which isn't their fault or job. But it helped. There is plenty of staff working the registers and pharmacy. It is very clean and well kept. Has more of a local feel than a big chain.”
