ATTN: business owner. If your car wash was $19.99 for a silver wash. why did I pay $30.90 for a silver wash and a stupid tree air freshener?don't act like your car wash is the "bomb" when it's really just trash.

Been here a good amount of times because it's close to where I live. I paid the platinum and usually am disappointed. It'll do in a pinch but they really don't put much effort in.

There's still schmutz on my car and the customer service left much to be desired. I used to come here before the pandemic and it used to be a great experience. My whole family would take our cars here. The staff inside as well as out were always super friendly and talkative, and I never had to wait long for a wash. I never felt weird about tipping afterward because they did a great job and were very nice. This is my first time back since things opened back up and I don't think I'll be back. You can see the drastically different way the workers treat customers here. Some get greeted enthusiastically and their car doors opened for them as they get out, others they could careless about and they barely speak to you. I think it has to do with who they think will tip. I tipped, because I always do, I know the work is hard, but in hindsight I wish I hadn't. The ladies drying my car were pointing and laughing at something in my trunk? No clue what, but it seemed to give them a good giggle before they walked over and told me I could go.I will say there was one worker at the end who was incredibly nice and gave everyone the same treatment. An older man, taller, bucket hat, very enthusiastic. He closed my car door for me when I got into my car at the end and when I thanked him he responded with the same. I don't expect people to be grinning in my face the entire time and putting on a show, but if you're going to treat customers so drastically different, don't be so obvious about it.

I went for a car wash and got the platinum package thinking that they will at least vacuum clean the interior and swipe the seats with soap. When I asked the ladies to clean the seat, the manager came outside and said this is part of the interior detailing package. I have never gone to a carwash that would not vacuum the floor or swipe the interior. I didnt think that the service was worth it, and the quality of the work wasnt that great.If you are charging money, pls. provide the service properly, instead of being in a hurry to spend 5 mins int he machine and leaving half the job done.Not going to come here again.

The service has gotten worse as the price goes up.... they refuse to vacuum the back seat in my coupe..Also very poor wipedown of the interior.. 30 + dollar car wash and the scratches are free...

Brought car in after several months of hiking with my dog. Anderson recommended the full interior detail and now the car looks completely new! Great job all around!

I love this place. They are quick, efficient and thorough. The workers clean the inside and outside and treat the cars with care . The prices are reasonable and they have different specials during the week that offer discounts, like Tuesday is Ladies' day, Thursday is Seniors' day etc. I am so happy that I found it and it is close to me.

If you’re looking for a underwhelming car wash, this is your place. They are never consistent with what is included when cleaning your vehicle. My most recent (and last visit) , they neglected to clean the back of my suv until I called them on it and then whilst doing so, sprayed water into the interior of my vehicle while the back hatch was open. They also tried to gaslight me and tell me that they would vacuum the back of my truck after it went through the wash, something that has never happened before in prior visits. The car still came out with bird droppings on it after the wash, the interior windows always have streaks where they miss or partially wipe them, and the the drying team never moves with any sense of purpose or urgency. They also always put your mats back in your vehicle wet, as other reviewers have noted.I had hopes that things would change when new ownership took over, and they did for the first few weeks, and then it was more of the same once again.

I used this place for long time and at first things were going ok but then later things changed because my car started to get scratches all over the body, vacuuming is so bad because they use blowers to clean the mats floor in the cars.Last month I complained about the scratches on my car and I knew they were coming from the use of the power washing guns, manager offered to remove the scratches he said they will polish my car and that it will be easy for them to eliminate the deep scratches. I brought my car later and in some way I was happy that it will be polished and the scratches removed but I guess it was too much to wish, they gave me my car back with the scratches still on the car and the polish work looking like an unfinished job, now I have swirl marks all over the car body I canceled my membership card and move to another car wash in the area which to my surprise is little cheaper and the finish wash job is the same.Take a look at your cars they may have scratches that are caused with the power washing guns, those guys back there are not careful when spraying your car.There are other options in the area that give you the same or better service for less money.Services: Scratch removal

Worst car wash in NJ exorbitant prices and the girls who are supposed to dry and clean inside look like they have 0% interest this is the 3rd time and last there are way better places for better prices who actually care your car is clean.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I came to get my car washed and specially asked if my window was rolled up. The manager said yes. Upon getting our car back the whole back seat was ruined soaking wet and over $300 of limited addition shoes were destroyed. When the general manager inspected the issue he laughed in my face when I requested reimbursement for the items he damaged and or a reimbursement of services . I would never go here again and suggest you don’t either they’ll ruin ur car, ruin your items, and then laugh when asked to fix a problem they caused.
