“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

I love the convenience it brings to customers to easily pack their own returns, without the complexities of having to package returns. The UPS location in Dunellen, NJ is very clean, organized and their tech is modern and always working which I very much appreciate. The staff is always willing to help as well when needed. 651 N Stiles St, Linden“This UPS location is the absolute best. I've been coming here about two years now. The staff is always polite, professional and helpful. I live closer to another UPS store but I drive a little out of my way to this location because of their customer service. However, I had a recent experience (October 2024) with the manager's wife that surprised me. He and she are of Asian descent. The other two staff members were busy with other customers, but she wasn't. She kept glancing at me but would not assist me. A white gentleman walked up and she immediately serviced him. That really surprised me, but I guess it really should not have given people are people and will show you how they feel about you by their actions. I actually spoke to the manager about his wife's behaviour but he keep assuring me her actions weren't what I thought they were. He really didn't know what to say because he kept repeating himself and could not explain why she did what she did. lol Overall, this is a really good location. I just ignore the manager's wife when I see her...and him, too. lol”

Store itself is also always nice and clean with minimal wait time due to efficiency of the staff.

“I've wondered about the reviews for this UPS in Madison & I sense that the beginner/infrequent shippers seem to like the service [including me] & people who are apart of the older demographic also like the service.
Methinks (also!) that folks who are familiar with some other kind of shipping service (likely) a more convenient shipping service (perhaps?) mislike the service provided here. Juxtaposed to the service I received in Shanghai [China!] the shipping whatnot here is a joke, but juxtaposed to the service I received in France the service is fantastic.
I'll add positive or negative marks to this review depending if my newest ISSUE is resolved properly or if I receive quality advice or whatnot. My problem is that I lost my tracking number & an eBay customer is requesting their tracking number because the order is seemingly not arriving. I did ship two orders that day. It would be a bother if the packages were switched; albeit, at the time I checked the addresses for each product and they looked correct.”

“Nice lady at the front name Constance (Connie) is very polite and patient. She’s very knowledgeable about retail and is the passport agent there. She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything.
