I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the Short Hills location of JD Fitness. I did their 12 week program and lost 20 lbs (12% of my starting weight) and saw an 8.2% body fat decrease. From day one my coach, Alan (who runs the location), listened to my goals and provided a VERY high level of accountability around my nutrition. My trainer, Michael, worked in tandem with him to design a strength training program.Frankly, it’s been the kind of experience actresses have before a film role. I transformed my body. Even better, I’ve vastly improved the lower back pain that I used to have all the time, and I’m stronger and faster than I’ve been since my early twenties.If you're looking for an excellent, professional team, you cannot do better than this!

This facility is extremely professional and the owner is driven, precise, and will deliver the results you seek. You will be in excellent hands at this private client fitness center and will be able to have specific-to-your-needs exercises without the pressure of onlookers or crowds.

Wonderful place! My trainer helped me to achieve things i never thought i could do! The place is amazing. Has ever piece of equipment you can Imagine
