The layout is easy to navigate and makes sense vs other places that'll have you willy nilly up and down the casino aisles. Super location too, and parking is a cinch for pick up but can also park out of the way for a quick trip.”

“I visited Red Star Paint for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was interested in repairing a broken slat on a relatively new Hunter Douglas window treatment (not purchased at Red Star). Ryan was super helpful, so much so that he has managed to get Hunter Douglas to replace the entire window treatment at no charge to me. Incredible customer service, and I'll take all future paint/decorating business to Ryan from here on. Thank you!”

In just over an hour she chose just the right colors to transform the house from boring shades of beige to vibrant 'beachy' colors. Good range of products that aren't everywhere and makes for some good comparison shopping for alternative ideas. “Amazing service. Came in here with my son looking for a nut to secure a bolt on his crazy cart. The gentleman who helped us saw the bolt and went STRAIGHT to the box with the right size nuts. He’s good. When we told him we needed 4, he handed them to us and refused to charge us. We will definitely be back- gotta love staying in town and not having to go to giant retail spots where the service cant compare.”

Today, Jerry assisted me with spray paint and primer and other last minute necessities. His knowledge and attentiveness made the best impression on me as he clearly enjoys his work. Took my lawn mower there since it wasn't working for some reason, and upon explanation, the store worker determined it was my carburetor. Also offered to sharpen my lawn mower blade since I had never done it before. Within a week, I received my lawn mower again and it has been working as intended. Paid a reasonable price for the service. I have also gotten other items and supplies for projects around my house and the workers there are helpful if I'm looking for something specific.”
“As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”
