Do not buy anything from Elie Tahari that you might consider returning. Despite having a UPS Tracking number that shows their employee at the Loading Dock signing for a return two weeks before the "Due Date" the company refused a refund. Went through the credit card company to get a credit to which Elie Tahari challenged, stating the items had never been returned. Be sure to save documentation that you returned the item, as this company waited over two months to "provide documents" that the item had not been sent back. Fortunately kept the RMA and Tracking numbers on hand as the company not responsive. SO: Don't buy anything and expect to be able to return it without going through the credit card company and proving to them that the items were returned.

Do not order from Elie Tahari. Orders do not arrive and they never answer my calls or emails. I don’t know if the order is lost or if it will arrive at a later date and if so... when? The one dress that did arrive has a white dusty stain on it!

I’d give zero stars to customer service if I could. For my package, customer representative told me to call ups to trace shipping and hung me up. I feel really disappointed.
