Bought my furniture and lighting from design hub I dealt with the owner Sol Shem-tov. Can’t tell you what a wonderful experience I had the exquisite furniture was emphasized and highlighted by the beautiful lighting and the customer service was amazing. All and all not only does my home looks like a luxurious hotel feel I managed to save a bundle. 10/10 I recommend

I would strongly recommend staying away from this establishment, where to start, order was placed 4-6 weeks turn into 14+ weeks, I received nothing but a run around timelines, after patiently waiting, I requested a refund, not only the refund was not granted, but Sol Shem-tov is the most dishonest and untrustworthy business owner that I have ever dealt with, I was insulted over the phone and all sudden a nice tone (your order will arrive soon) turn into a rude and unwelcome recital of his policies, I will be reporting this business to the BBB and ensuring other consumers are protected from this scam artist and untrustworthy places like Design Hub. After all the back and forth, I still don't have the items, yet monies were collected in advance. Worse place to conduct business with

Excellent customer service!! Linda spent so much time finding me the perfect chandelier for my living room and she was able to do this entire process with me through facetime! I am so happy with my purchase and my experience here. They have such a wide selection of beautiful chandeliers! Highly recommend!

My husband requested that I share a few pictures of our gorgeous stunning chandelier. Our dinnerware has a touch of gold along with a silver finish. The polish nickel drum with golden teak crystals illuminates our dining room just perfectly while complimenting the color contrast. The Madison chandelier is beautiful and quality interior lighting. After multiple visits to the Millburn location we finally narrowed down and finalized our Top Lighting Chandelier. The transaction was quite smooth. The staff at Design Hub that worked with my husband and I (Andrea and Josh) were soo helpful and provided specifications and size options. We would also like to acknowledge Sol for his professionalism, patience, and kindness while my navigation substantially delayed my arrival for the merchandise pickup. Nonetheless, the experience was all worth the while and the warmth and kindness Sol extended will never be forgotten. Thank you Design Hub for a great chandelier that all my family and friends RAVE about!

Just went to see what I could get for my new place. When we walked in we were looked at an then backs were turned to us, ignored until we said hello. Not one of the 3 sales people in the empty store even got up to help us. We came in looking for floor lamps but were unsuccessful.

We purchased a beautiful butterfly chandelier (via phone) from the Westfield location, site unseen. The store was having their 50% off lighting sale, which we were beyond excited about. We had seen this chandelier 2 years prior, in a smaller version, hanging in their Millburn store, so we knew it was stunning! Both Sol and Andrea were beyond helpful with answering our various questions, taking payment over the phone, and setting up an appointment with Emanuel, their installer. Emanuel came to our house, with another worker and both worked very diligently piecing the chandelier together. They were on time, kind, professional, and respected our requirements of wearing their masks the entire time (as we did), while remaining at a 6 foot distance. We are over the moon with not only the quality of the product, but the level of service from both the store and the installer, especially during covid. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Emanuel for any light installations you may have!

BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE! You won't find furniture of this quality for these prices. Just picked up a GORGEOUS MCM Green velvet sofa from this amazing store. They have a great location in Westfield with tons of great stuff. Healy was so sweet and helpful, and answered all of my questions about the care and make of the sectional. Would recommend this furniture shop to anyone!
