A lot of empty and messy shelves. Inside, a lot of items behind the counter like test kits and probiotics. Overall felt like a tired and old store and feels like it's from an age past. Lots of yellow tags everywhere for discounts or price changes.

Not much to say about the pharmacy here, I'm sure everyone is working their hardest but if you think you are getting a prescription here without an issue, you are fooling yourself. I have never gone there without something being wrong, despite the fact that all my info has been the same forever. And if you want to call? Lol.. I drove there while on hold and stood in line for 20 minutes still on hold, and watched while no one picked up the phone. Then when I got to the counter, guess what???! Lol a problem with my info... Again

The absolute worst. Basically, all I'm looking for is a bit of competence in following instructions, filling the prescription, and then, not overcharging me. Not too much to ask one would think. But apparently, even this very low bar is too much for them. CVS and Walgreens have an apparent monopoly on pharmacies in my area, and so there seems no pressing need to make the experience pleasurable or at least, efficient. So we are stuck with this. Kind of makes me nostalgic for the pharmacies one sees in movies, with the kindly old pharmacist, a soda fountain, and kids drinking milkshakes. There is nothing nostalgic about CVS. I just want to get in and out as quickly as possible, with as little interaction with the staff.

the service in the pharmacy dept is terrible. don't bother calling bc no one will pick up the phone.
