Terrible service!!!! As a customer of chase just seeking a quick notary they weren't able to provide. The notary person at the location said he had someone coming in for an appointment but nobody was currently there. A notarized letter literally takes only 2 minutes.

Horrific. Banker tried to turn my husband against me. Acted like she was closer to him and was more interested in his well-being than I was. Not a place for females to do business. Maybe just that banker, but that was enough to earn this rating.

The is a completely racist establishmentI am disgusted at the behavior given to me after being profiled and denied help multiple times by the blond Spanish worker for wanting to make a withdraw over 6000 of my own money, I went to a different bank and was held in under 6 minutes. I was questioned multiple times about why do I want to withdrawal my own money? What will it be for ect…. When I returned for the last Time to seek help from across the lobby the lady yelled “I thought you had work what happened”? Then stopped helping her client to come over while I was being helped by Juliet to tell me that bank tellers cannot help me withdraw my money. She also told me that Social Security is not a valid second form of ID when it clearly states on the website it is . I just want to say it’s okay to let black people withdrawal their own money even if you do work in a predominantly white town.

They never pick up the phone, I can never get through. The branch was constantly closed during the pandemic. I'm waiting for 5 days for a check to clear in my account that they collected from the other bank days ago. Chase has really gone downhill.

Micheal Santana customer service needs help. As a managing director I would ask my employee for a coaching after the appointment today. Micheal failed to mention he would be trained during this process: Micheal failed. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago giving time for due diligence.Get it together Chase of Millburn

Worst Branch! You can deposit $$$ but when you want to withdraw it they give you such a HARD time. They ask so many questions.... Like come on man! You did not ask all those questions when I was depositing the money! - Question 1: Why do you want that much amount? Answer: to do whatever I want, it is my money right? - Question 2: Where did you get that money from? Answer: Tf you care? Are you with the IRS? You did not ask me where the money was coming from when I was depositing! - Question 3: You need to call in advance to get that amount ( $10,000)! Wtf you don't ask me to call in advance when I am depositing that amount... Anyway, in my opinion they are the worst. Stay away! The bank that gives you a hard time giving the money that belongs to you shouldn't be on the banking business.

I opened new accounts at this branch 1-21-2021 and the Chase person who attended to me, Kwasi, was super professional and friendly. I give him 5 stars. Because I did not bring my actual green card, I was asked to go back today to present it and have it scanned. I was not told that I needed to make an appointment or that I had to go back at a certain time, only to go before the closing time 5pm. When I went today at around 415pm, I saw just two tellers by Kwasi was not there. One of the tellers politely asked me she’d check if I could be attended to. She went to the back of the office, and after a while, she came out with another woman and they both went inside what seemed like that woman’s work room. The teller stepped out and told me that I could not be attended to at that time because that other remaining Chase employee had an appointment that was coming in, and if I could go back at noon the next day. My name was not taken down.The level of customer care shown by that woman is egregiously low. At the very least, she should have come to speak to me, apologized that she could not attend to me, and for me to go back the next day, but no. She felt too important for this and made the teller do it for her.Needless to say, I have reported this to Corporate.

Well I was going to deposit this $250,000 into a private client account but the person who answered couldn't even execute a simple phone transfer to the private client rep so I decided to go to BOA. Oops.
